This place has the wiredest opening hours. They shut before the business park kicks out! Most odd, thank goodness there's now a Greggs round the corner.

Rip off

Slow service even though there was only 1 person in front took ages I only went in for a lottery ticket.

Awful experience. I was advised before I went that I was going to be ripped off as the prices are very high. I picked up a box of Gaviscon that appeared reasonably priced. I did notice everything else was about 1.5 times more expensive so it wasn't too much of a shock when I was charged nearly 3 times as much as the price i saw. When I stated that isn't the price advertised, the employee serving me told me it was a common trick by Smith's! I then asked why all the prices were so high she shot back "That's Smith's for you".
I fear Smith's maybe heading in the same direction as other retailers if this is the view of their own colleagues. Good Luck!
