Really helpful staff.
purchased a shovel but unfortunately realised I had been given the wrong one when removing the wrapping at home. I returned it to the Poole store and after a little rummaging around, the member of staff Alanis sorted me out with the correct item. No real hassle.

I shop at Poole branch pretty much on a daily basis and I can say that all the staff are brilliant very very helpful and knowledgeable. Always on hand to help with bringing items I have bought to my van.
The manager Shane is a champion to you guys superb customer service in every way.
Stock levels are always good very rare I have to order anything.
I would highly recommend everyone to use this branch

All i can say is Thank Goodness for the staff at Toolstation, Poole. I had a major issue with what Multi detector i should get as they all seem very similar but varied in price.

The very efficient staff in store helped explain to me the difference and because of this amazing service i was able to get the right one.

Hadn't been in store before but based on the fantastic staff, the layout of stock next to counter i will certainly be returning. Thank You

I came into toolstation yesterday and I had the nicest welcome hello from certain members of staff I felt really welcome when I come into the building, I got served straight away and I had the nicest experience in toolstation, I want to thank Rob and Dean for being so kind and so helpful and giving me more knowledge on the items I was purchasing, they were very nice and so chatty with me and made me feel like I had the best experience thanks to rob and dean. They deserve to have some positive praise and get good feedback from there manager as they work so hard. Thank you rob and dean .

Served by Neal who was helpful in finding the product I need without me having to trawl through the cataloge. Good service on many occasions from this store. Pleasant and accommodating service, keep up the good work.

Absolutely amazing store, very helpful and friendly staff. Not a bad word to say about the store as it always provides outstanding customer service and i really like the new stock by the main counter, looks fantastic and well presented.

Great store friendly staff that always go the extra mile to help out where they can. I do most of my orders on click and collect and the service is second to none. I order online and within 5 mins my materials are ready to collect. I work in the trade and time is important to me. Tool station Poole never fails to help me out.

Used to shop here lots, they are always friendly and always happy to help with any issues I may have. Mostly got served by adam which always had some friendly banter with but always got great smiles from ola,karen, becky, charlie, rob, and dean and great laugh with shane.

Very helpful staff. The manager Mr Marshall is very knowledgeable of the products he sells. He is especially efficient and serves at speed and can always suggest an alternative product to help you get the job done

Excellent customer service from Luke and Rob yesterday. This is a gem of a shop hidden away on a trade park near Tower park with fast click and collect service and very competitive prices.

just got a wet and dry Hoover from there staff was great .Karen was really good and as a great sense of humour. She worth a visit just to see her.
