Had both LVT flooring and carpets fitted. Very helpful staff and experience from the begging and very reasonable price with no pushy sales pitches. The fitters who came were polite, helpful and efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I've just had my third carpet from Melbourn Flooring in the last couple of years, and can strongly recommend this company. They offer a huge choice of carpets and the spacious showroom allows you to take time to browse. There is no pressure selling. Once you have chosen, the administration around ordering, fitting date and invoicing is very efficient. The fitters are friendly and the quality of their work is excellent.

Melbourn flooring recently supplied and fitted oak parquet flooring to our downstairs and carpets to our upstairs. We are in a new build house so the floors needing sealing downstairs first and all grippers and underlay had to be supplied and fitted for the carpeted areas. We are so pleased with everything the guys did, they really have done a superb job. We had different people for the different flooring and all workmanship was to an exceptional standard and they were a pleasure to have in the house. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending them for any flooring needs you may have.

The experience we had with the selection and fitting of our new wood floor was second to none. The whole process was painless with very good communication throughout.

The the work was carried out on on the scheduled dates to a very high quality and the fitters were not only friendly but excessively tidy.

Very pleased with the whole experience of buying carpet from this company. Well stocked showroom ... although we knew already which one we wanted. Lockdown began just prior to quote being done but contacted us as soon as back open. Once quote accepted the whole process took a
short time. Fitters were very professional and helpful. Worked extremely hard over two days and we are delighted with end result. Have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We ordered a fibre flooring rug from here, the staff were really friendly and helpful and helped find the best price available. The will rug is lovely.

Perhaps we got lucky? Based on other reviews, I wonder how it can be that they delivered such a great service now on two occasions from a local business? Rooms measured no problem. Good advice on options for carpets. Ordered and delivered without a hitch. And, fitted to a high standard. Friendly and professional. Absolutely intend to continue using them as we refurbish our house. Like I said at the beginning, maybe we got lucky? Once perhaps, but twice?

In comparison to other companies they came out very competitively price and I would highly recommend and use again.

Great choice, great customer service, great prices (including underlay and fitting) and cheerful fitters who lay your carpet swiftly and to perfection. Melbourn Flooring first laid a carpet for me in 1991. It was then and still is the only carpet showroom you ever need to visit!
