Lovely family run business, open every day (even Sundays) and the staff are really friendly and helpful

I have shopped at Frog End Pet Supplies for 40 years. Very friendly and experienced staff who always greet you and can always offer sage advice if you are unsure of your pets needs.

I cannot overstate my recommendation for this independent outlet.

Been going here for salt tablets for my water softener for more than ten years. Always a smiling face and a good price and lots of pets and birds to say hello to.

Great range of pet supplies, accesories, and foods at great prices. Staff are knowledgeable and approachable and always happy to help. Only minor negative is that there is no fish accessories which would be nice as the next nearest place is in Shelford.

Everything is great here, so much choice whether you want dog or cat supplies, wild bird food and feeders or something more unusual. The staff are lovely, very knowledgeable and experienced, they will happily offer advice. I think the prices are reasonable and l have never been in any other pet shop that offers so much variety of goods. You really can't go wrong here!

Great for all your pets needs very helpful staff. Before the pandemic we brought our cocktails from here when we lost one , though now you are unable to buy live stock . This has been our go to place for our pets food toys and treats for many years now

Awesome place - just found out they supply the food my dogs eat (Natural Instinct) which I'd always ordered direct online before. Not only do they have it, at the same price as online, but they said they will deliver it free.
They were so helpful when I contacted them - giving directions, opening times etc, and then finding boxes and carrying it to my car!
Will definitely be using them again!
