Spoke to a very helpful staff member when I called this afternoon to check the status of an urgent prescription.

Great customer service.

Always friendly, always helpful. Yes, you do sometimes have to wait, but they cover such a large amount of customers with prescription orders that it's understandable. Text message service to let you know when your order is ready is very useful. And you can always call ahead to see if a prescription is ready to collect before you go in. Thank you for working so hard during these times.

I live at the village and I have to pick my medicine up twice a week from this chemist honestly i feel like they are trying to do their best. It's so busy at times you do have to wait around for your items.

You need to have patience sometimes !!!

It's a well positioned Boots. Very small selection of products but they have all the basics. I've had no issues collecting about 6 different prescribed meds from the pharmacy.

Staff always friendly & accomodating. Really efficient service considering the tiny store and massive area they cover.
