Generous selection of interesting antique finds. Very helpful and friendly staff who engaged directly with us. Bought a late 19th century military pocket knife.

Went into Heritage with my mum at Christmas time. I bought from various dealers, really wonderful quality stock. I was served by a helpful lady. Great service, she gift wrapped my items. Thanks for a lovely, pleasant shopping experience. We will definitely visit again soon!

Most 'antique shops nowadays are little more than repositories for bric-a-brac and collectors' material. This is one of the few real antique shops left, with genuine artefacts at remarkably good prices. Left alone to wander around, I found the assistant very knowledgeable when I finally sought advice.

I too visited on a Thursday. Gloomy drizzly January day. Great antique shop in a really old building. Nice warm welcome and bought a lovely lacquer box. If in Woodstock well worth a visit.

A good to fair selection of antiques but the lady running this shop needs some assistance with customer service. We visited on Thursday 9th August and she was on the phone to a friend being extremely rude about the "type" of people that cruise on large ships and how the clientele on her small ship were far better class. This conversation went on for over 10 mins whilst we waited to be served and I actually had to ask to be served before she put the phone down and looked down her nose at us. Would I ever buy from this shop - NO and neither would I visit again. I did actually challenge her on her comments and she totally ignored me and my wife - oh to be born with a silver spoon!
