After driving a couple of hours after visiting a sick relative at short notice. I called in for a Costa express. I had left home at short notice in what I was wearing and my mobile phone.
I had a free Xmas coffee from Costa. I scanned and used the app and went to pay. The rude assistant said you can't use rewards at Costa express. I explained I had no other way of paying and was alone. She took my coffee off me and threw it away. Merry Christmas to you too.
