Visited this bathroom company today due to its already very good reputation. Showroom has a large number of showers, baths, and taps on display. We were able to browse their showroom without any pressure. When we did need to speak to someone, they were instantly available and answered all of our questions. Left us with a huge catalogue full of products to browse at our leisure at home. We will definitely buy our bath, taps etc, from them.

Absolutely fantastic service. I broke a roller on my shower screen and urban plastics ordered me the part I needed, the part arrived in less than a week and I wasn't even charged for it . Thank you so much will definitely be back to you and recommend you to friends and family.

Brilliant, informed service. Neil got hold of a replacement part from the suppliers so I didn't have to change the whole unit. Saved me money and much more environmentally friendly than chucking the whole thing in landfill. Superb service.
