Pets Corner

Went into the store yesterday and had excellent service from Harvey. Made sure the cat tree I purchased was stable. The dog collar and tag were perfect for my dog. Harvey also kindly helped me load the cat tree into my car. All in all a five star ⭐ service.

We attended puppy club for our two beagles Gus and Norman.It was a great experience for them to socialise with the other puppies and we were sad when it had to end .
It was well run and the team were brilliant very approachable and friendly.
Thanks to Luke the shop manager who was a pleasure to meet and a charming young man who has great qualities for his role.

We have a dog for a long weekend so I had no clue about toys, chews and treats. Luke is a gem. He knows dogs inside out and could recommend things for the Westie based of his own experiences! Which type of treat and how best to use it (tips with having spare Hide to swap out when wet). Good knowledge of why it is best not to give a dog a standard tennis ball and which other toys are durable. Will definitely be going back the next time we dog sit.

Excellent advice and great customer service AGAIN from Luke! He makes me feel like nothing is too much trouble. My lab pup Mya loves Luke!

I regularly go to Pets Corner in Royston and all the staff are very helpful and kind I especially trust Emily her advice has gotten me through the first few weeks of having our first puppy!

Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable - I buy Yora dog food which isn’t stocked by other major stores and is the same price as online so good value

Love Pets Corner, Luke has always helped us since we started visiting and Emily was really helpful whilst choosing my items yesterday.and explaining return policy.

I Popped into local pets corner earlier this week to buy supplies for my working cocker spaniel. Lukes customer service was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable of the products and was extremely polite and friendly. He quickly made friends with my dog who is usually quite nervous of strangers. Luke is a great asset to pets corner Royston and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Lovely staff who are always so kind to my puppy whenever we come into store. Thank you to Becca and Luca who made such a fuss of her today and helped us loads with training tips! They also have a great puppy socialising group on Saturdays, and a huge selection of toys, treats etc to choose from for all pet types.

Excellent customer service! Staff are not only polite but also very well trained and therefore knowledgable about all products, the variety of pet foods in particular which is vital! Poppy served me on this occasion - what a true credit to the company!

Brought my new rescue 6mo puppy (Fabio) in on 11th March to get him a coat for the colder weather now he’s ready to start going on a few walks (he’d only been with us 2 weeks by then). This was his first trip out ever to somewhere like this, and the staff in store did everything they could to make this a positive experience for him. Becca checked if he had any allergies before asking if he would take a treat. He was very nervous at the start and reluctant to take, but Becca didn’t push him and left it on the floor for him to take when he was ready. We spent some time calmly talking, the staff gave Fabio space and allowed him to take in his surroundings, and by the end of the visit his tail was high and wagging and he even initiated a friendly sniff with another puppy in the store which was lovely to see as he’s still so anxious of others at the moment. Becca helped us estimate his size for a coat, we didn’t try it on whilst there as he was already a little overwhelmed. We tried it on when home and unfortunately was too big, so went straight back to exchange. Fabio strutted in this time knowing where he was going and took himself for a good sniff around. He was much happier and allowed us to try on the coats this time so were able to be sure it was the right size. We were able to exchange it with no fuss. Another staff member (I think his name was Luke but I might have remembered wrong!) also gave us some good tips and advice as to how to use some of the other products we were looking at whilst there and was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for the staff (and owners of the other gorgeous puppy we met in there) who helped to give Fabio this positive experience to ease his anxiety for future trips. We will see you again soon :)

Tabs at Royston pets corner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get a new dog harness, which she gave good advice on and also healthy treats for my dogs. Will come again

Every time I have been into Pets Corner in Dobbies, Melbourn, I have always been treated really well. Rosie has been very helpful and kind. We have also had lots of fun at the puppy hour every Saturday. We have also been given lots of great advice about dog food brands from Harvey, and I have now changed my puppy over to a much better quality food. A really lovely store. Thank you!

I love this place! Harvey and the team make my golden retriever feel like the best dog in the world (I mean, he is...). They know their stuff, always have time for you, and give good head scritches.

Visited the store today to browse puppy items for our new arrival. We’ve had dogs for the last 16 years, but even so it’s quite bewildering when starting again with a puppy. I wandered around for a while, and selected a few items but eventually I just asked for some help. I’m so glad I did. The assistant Nicola was so helpful, from toys to food. I was amazed she was only very recently recruited with the knowledge she had. A really pleasant trip.
