12/09/23 Update, The Boots in Yarm are unbeatable the Pharmatist and staff amazing, nothing is too much trouble and has not changed in over 10 yrs. Thank you Boots Yarm.

It's a decent sized store, not as big as the one at Teesside Park, but a fairly good range. However, they have yet to announce if they are going to be relocating to Wellington Square, as the Castlegate centre is due for demolition next year.

Click and collect service is a boon. Have always found Staff helpful and friendly.

Good freindly service, good advice given, only small shop doesn't stock everything.

I had a fall on back ice on 30.12.21 but, had to collect my medication, in great pain slowly I went to the store at 13:05, a very rude lady said that the pharmacist is on a lunch break from 1 pm and I have to come after an hour. I said that I am in pain and I need help, she was VERY, VERY RUDE, saying she can not give them to me by law. I went the next day, again in great pain when moving, and collect my medication. I complained to the manager from the rude attitude, she said she can not do anything they are short of staff. I asked do they do the delivery, she said they do. I asked why her staff instead of being rude tries to find a solution for the customer, she was mumbling and repeating the same and the same and pointed that the delivery was 5 pounds as if she knew what is my financial status. Absolutely disgusting service, will NOT go back EVER.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible customer service, the shop assistants are supposed to be helpful and customer service oriented, but you won’t find those skills there. Especially one clerk, Lynda, is rude to customers, I love Boots, but I am never shopping again at this one.
