Tesco Superstore

I like Tesco because it restocks every day/week and it’s open Monday to Friday. It always treats the customers properly when they’re scanning products and giving you blue tokens. In addition to that they also give an option to donate to charity and food banks.

There are two big carparks for this Tesco, which is great. I came here to use the InPost boxes outside & ended up spending half an hour inside Tesco. :D They have a cafe inside & there are other shops around it. A good place for food shopping

I recently had a fantastic experience at Tesco Petrol Station while trying to choose a disposable vape product in mango flavor. I wanted to share this experience with others and highlight the excellent customer service provided by Ron, one of the staff members.

When I walked into the Tesco Petrol Station, I was immediately greeted by Ron. I explained that I was looking for a disposable vape product in mango flavor, but I wasn't sure which one to choose. Ron was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain the differences between each one. He listened to my preferences and recommended a product that was perfect for me.

The disposable vape product that Ron recommended was exactly what I was looking for. It was mango flavored and easy to use. Ron made sure that I understood how to use the product, including how to activate it and how long it would last.

What stood out to me was Ron's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He took the time to demonstrate how to use the product, including how to inhale and exhale the vapor. He also gave me some useful tips on how to make the product last longer and get the most out of it.

Ron's excellent customer service did not stop there. He also helped me sign up for the Tesco Clubcard, which gave me discounts on future purchases. He made the entire process so easy and enjoyable, and I left the store feeling grateful for his help.

Overall, my experience at Tesco Petrol Station was very positive, and I can't thank Ron enough for his exceptional customer service. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made all the difference. Very busy Tesco, but the staff here are very friendly and helpful.
A smaller store so sadly don't have all the range and stock that the bigger stores have.

This Tesco store in Dunmow is far better than it was now it's large extention is complete.

It now has a large area devoted to Tesco,s Florence and Fred range of clothing. The home and kitchen ware area is larger and is stocked with a wide variety of home and kitchen ware goods.

The fruit and vegetable isles are much better laid out and are stocked with a much broader range of products.

The rest of the store is also now very well laid out and now stocks all of the goods you would expect to see at a larger Tesco,s

Win, Win I would say especially for the residents of Dunmow.

Friendly staff. Large, free car park. The store is very big and stocks most items. They offer scan while you shop services, self check out and cashiers at the belts. There’s an in-store fishmonger service offering fresh fish on ice as well as a large bakery. They have a couple of makeup stalls in the health and beauty section.

During lockdown, they initially implemented a one way system which has now been removed. They offer cleaning facilities to wipe down replies and hand gel dotted around the store.

Wanted to share this review as this Tesco’s has some really lovely and helpful staff.
When my mum and I went back to our car after our shop, it wouldn’t start. We asked some passers by if they could help but they weren’t confident on jump starting. My mum went into the store and spoke to the security guard (didn’t catch his name but he has a particularly epic beard). This gentleman went around the store to find a colleague who would help so that my mum didn’t have to. He found Tansel who was fantastic. He brought round his car and gave us a jump start so we could be on our way. Our heroes. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us. You both went above and beyond. Thank you!

Easy access and good parking. Most of the produce you will ever need.

I'm now regularly visiting the Dunmow store on a Monday morning. ALL the staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, professional, polite and cheerful. During these strange times, you should know that these qualities are greatly appreciated. Well done to you all.

Fantastic service and store very clean

Our go-to store. We have always shopped at Tesco and were very pleased when we moved here and one was so close! There always seems to be building going on around these parts and so the store always seems to be busy, but there are always enough tills open to cope, plus yiu have the self service tills and self scan options too! There is also a Costa in store and acres of parking!

It's a Tesco! What more can I say?
It has scan-while-shopping which significantly speeds up the shopping process but also helps you keep track of your budget thus avoiding the shock-@-d-till.
It's got a sensible assortment of world foods (I've even found garri here).
Interestingly, I've expanded my repertoire of Teas from this store.
It does have a click n collect.
It doesn't have a sizeable clothing section.

Tesco is always the same., staff respond to being treated like fellow humans!!!

1st class customer service helping me sort a problem for Covid last minute adapted Wedding Reception. Great all round.

Car park was great. I mainly sat in the car whilst the wife shopped
