These guys are awesome; Ben helped me to order a hard-to-find piece of equipment that I needed for my small boat project. He went out of his way to help me personally which was just amazing. I honestly didn't expect someone to help me out like he did. In fact, he got everything all set and shipped all the way to Florida for me in under a week which was fantastic! On arrival in French Polynesia, I needed a new windlass. Ben from Pro Marine Store quickly replied to all my emails, evenings or weekends. Soon he'd organised delivery, seen to the export paperwork and found a transporter to deliver the windlass to Tahiti. Ben followed up the delivery and kept me informed all along.
I have since ordered again from them. I highly recommend this company.
