Had everything I wanted. Except the teabags I wasn't expecting them to have them.Although on a previous vist got home to find the grapes were 2 days out of date.But we ate them they were ok.Did'nt put me off going there.

Always a great store to visit, although I have noticed product line decreasing over the last year and it lacks in world food offerings that a nearby sainsburys does much better

My partner came into the mobile phone dept. this morning, worried because she thought her phone had been hacked. The young man there was really fantastic, checking absolutely everything for her, and was able to reassure her that all was well. All done quickly and courteously, and with excellent knowledge . Please pass on our thanks.

Great location and great selection of products with fish counter, bakery and 24h fuel pump. There's a few of Pay at Pump when you're in a hurry. Recommended.

Got big trolleys for wheel chairs the staff in the restaurant and absolutely amazing friendly and professional

Its ok, its a bit worn out but they work hard and have good customer service. Always clean and good stock levels.

Huge double floor store with cafe, clothing, pharmacy and large seasonal

Convenient parking not too busy around lunchtime. Some items were not available such as eggs, lemons, oranges.

Always absolutely fantastic. Has everything i need or want. Clean store, friendly and polite staff. Lemon and lime drink has gone up from 50p to 60p and now 70p within a couple of months. Other things prices are raising but getting that everywhere. Gotvto stay positive. Miss the part where you could buy a fresh cooked chicken instore. Fish counter has unfortunately gone. Fantastic Kiosk staff, always helpful. Toilets available. Open quite late. Upstairs currently being changed around so waiting to see what happens up there. Mobile phone store upstairs. Clothing for women, men and children, slightly pricey. They do not sell dvds anymore.

My little family had a delightful brunch here last weekend. Everything was cooked and presented perfectly. Thank you to the chef and kitchen staff and to the waiters/waitresses.

I shop here regularly and find this store has everything I need. With two floors of products, and a very nice cafe there's everything that a family could ask for. Parking is relatively easy and they also have a petrol station on the site. So every little helps. Highly recommended for shoppers. Also very good customer service by all the staff, and they even have several parking bays so you can charge you're car up.

Similar experience to my local store. The 'Scan and Shop' was not busy and has more tills than Winchester.
A major plus for this store was for them not shutting down 'Scan and Shop' early which Winchester frequently do!

very clean and tidy with very friendly staff

I don't generally leave reviews, however over the last 7 weeks this store has been fantastic. Under difficult circumstances the organisation, service, security and stock levels have been outstanding. I want to thank everyone I have encountered especially the team on the checkouts as they've all been friendly, upbeat and generally brilliant.
I means seriously, who reviews a super market???? It must be a pretty exceptional one for me to write this. Thanks for putting yourselves at risk for us to be able to shop and feed our families.

I received a delivery yesterday but unfortunately there were 10 items missing, no doubt all in the same bag. I called customer service who transferred me to a manager in store, Simon I think, who could not have been more lovely. Rather than waiting for the driver to realise and return later in the day he simply arranged for the items to be re picked and delivered to me. 30 minutes after my call there was a knock on the door- such amazing service I can't thank them enough.

What a wonderful store great prices clean tidy staff who care and are helpful good services food in café area cooked fresh fish and chips to die for , best hot chocolate I've had for years . Staff took my purchases to my vehicle. This store is so refreshing. Not to mention a fresh meat and fresh fish counter wake up Sainsbury's you have lost the plot. Bringing our young grandaughter next time.

Car was leaking diesel. Staff couldn't have been better. Cordoned off the vehicle, put sand down , gave me and my disabled wife a complimentary coffee while we waited for RAC to arrive. Fantastic customer service from the team at this store.

What a delicious breakfast. If I had my card I would have brought another one.yummy eggs.bacon,sausage, beans and hash browns. Definitely worth a visit.
