...don't understand the negative reviews. Just visited this store for the first time. Well stocked and the lady behind the counter was most pleasant, welcoming and helpful...

It's amazing people. Honest and lovely amazing shop. Always cleans. Loves the shop!!

Moved to the area a couple of months ago, staff always seem recognise me, say hello and ask how I am. Lovely local fresh sausage rolls!!

Class staff, lovely banter, dont believe the haters

Is ok, quite small but has main products you could possibly need to stock up on a small shopping trip.

Some of the staff are very rude when serving, very rushed. No manners. Seems to only be thr woman that work there, the new gentlemen, fairly tall as is a pleasure to talk to and be served by.
Also strange how it says it's open Unill 22:30 but when going to the shop at 22:00 its closed, and therefore miss leading information on the sites for their closing times.

Been in here a few times to post things.
Been served by a couple staff members. Both so abrupt and arrogant. Mainly from the guy.
When I requested a photograph of the parcel with the label on for my own records. They snatched it away telling me I don’t need it and I have a receipt. When I said that I wanted it anyway I received attitude.
Not a welcoming experience.

Sometimes they try to charge you more than normal, if you don’t check the amount when you pay by card and when you realise, they apologise.

It’s the worst place to pick up orders from amazon, they don’t care about small orders and they lost it several times.

Treated mystery shopper like they knew nothing and now left a home without electric due to refusing to take energy voucher with bill as identification stating photographic id is required

Extremely rude stuff . felt like they were picking a fight when i went to use the post office to top up my electricity.

Really bad. Rude store workers.

horrible attitude, never had a good experience at this place. never met people so horrid.

Store says opens at 7 but it doesn’t as I’m stood outside freezing
