OVER STORE is a well merchandised convenience store. It is an off license which sells most of the top brands of beer at a very competitive prices ( 500ml cans ). It has a very good wine selection. Top brands in groceries are also stocked at reasonable prices.. Staff is friendly and store is clean and well laid. Newspapers and some magazines are there also. It is a convenience store which is open till late.

Great grocery store! Evidently frequently by both locals and visitors.It offers numerous selection of healthy food options and a wide variety of frozen ,pre-made foods with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits to purchase. good alchol and good desserts selections with valuable price. Everything you need , offering a best price for all the delicious food items. The store is spotless and staff is friendly. A great place to shop for groceries.

We are so lucky to have such a well stocked shop! Staff and management very welcoming and make an effort to stock items we have asked for!

I went to give them a parcel, but the guy told me to wait 1 hour or go some somewhere else, and he added "I don't care"... so I went somewhere else. It was in February but the review is now.

Very poor customer service- the man who works there is very un polite and rude. Couple of time that I have visited the place has been the same, bad treatment and gross and unfriendly.

I don’t recommend this place at all. Never will go there again.

Rudest and most condescending staff I have ever encountered. If you are not happy with your job, don’t displace it to the customers. It won’t hurt to be nice.

Refused to accept parcels until 4:15pm as shop in 'busy period' despite shop being empty and owner sitting behind counter playing on phone! Very unhelpful!

Refused to take my parcel as was 'busy' hours - there was no-one else in the shop! Won't be returning for parcels, or anything else for that matter.

Staff too incompetent to read the date of birth on passport so was denied service. Like, isn’t that a necessary skill for a shopkeeper, being able to read identification properly?

Having trouble getting scanner to read my QR code the staff member just ignored me completely didn't offer any advice or assistance, ended up going to Willingham where the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
