Tenby Stores and Post Office

I have just visited this Post Office. What brilliant service from the woman on the counter. There was a long line waiting but she welcomed each customer with wonderful pleasantry. Each person was dealt with without haste and gi en the time they needed to complete their business. Absolutely fantastic.

As a local I am fed up with people badmouthing our local businesses such as Eve Davies. Tenby Post Office has been amazing and there for all of us during the pandemic. If you are exempt like I am I wear my lanyard on display when I go in and no problems at all. The staff are all lovely and very caring. You will find no better shop and Post Office.

Really helpful with information regarding posting a parcel to Hawaii. Will definitely be using this place in future. Very good convenience store too.

Very helpful and friendly post office staff. The store appeared well stocked with a wide range of products. The displays and point of sale materials were very dated and the store could benefit from a refit.

Convenient and fair prices

Awful, refused 2 prepaid Royal Mail parcels one of which was special delivery because no date on label, over last 3 years I have posted over 2000 parcels with these labels and never been refused or had any problems before, took to another Post office next day and as usual posted with no problem

Terrible. Refused to change a £5 note for pound coins.
(They are 100 yards from the multi-storey car park which only takes coins)

When this was explained, staff said “not our problem” (They should put that on the tourism poster) then went on to cite Money Laundering regulations 😂🤷‍♂

Awful customer service, very unhelpful and a total lack of knowledge of money laundering laws.
