I cannot praise the staff at Boots Tenby high street enough!! They are without a doubt incredible!! My parents left their medication at home by accident whilst we were on holiday in Penally court and they helped us get emergency medication. Even ringing my parents pharmacy to check dosage. Thank you for saving our holiday and preventing a 6 hour drive home

Lovely staff, very helpful and do the best they can under sometimes stressful circumstances. Store always clean and well stocked for its size

My personal experience with the pharmacy staff has left me glowing for ages now, the woman there went out of her way to liaise with my GP back in Bristol to get my prescription to me. She called twice, persistent with my frankly useless GP back home, to get it approved and have it dispensed to me the very next day! Truly amazing staff & a credit to Boots

Went into Boots Tenby as had left my chronic meds in Bristol.
Explained situation, verified by my usual pharmacy (Keynsham) then issued Emergency doses for my husband & myself..

I went to boots yesterday to see if the pharmacist could help as I am here on holiday and forgot my prescription medication. Emma was so helpful no issues when I examined what had happened and within 20 min I had the medication I needed. Such a relief and it was free as all prescriptions are in Wales. Amazing! Brilliant service. Thank you so much Emma.

Called in today and was served by Lisa. Very professional and helpful and cannot thank her enough for introducing me to the Minor Ailments Scheme.

I called into this store today to get some antiseptic cream for a foot infection. I spoke to the Store Pharmacist, a lovely lady, who suggested that it might be better to be seen by a nurse at the Tenby “walk in “ centre. I did go to the centre and was seen by a really nice nyse who prescribed me some antibiotics. Fabulous service from the store and the Walk in centre

The pharmacy staff were extremely helpful. I was on holiday and left my prescription drugs at home.
They gave me good advice and managed to dispense my tablets layer in the day after contacting my GP surgery back home.
