Walked in today for first time for some screws & wall plugs and fixings for a DIY project. Prior to my visit I went to screwfix for one item as was quite a unique item I needed, but I was met with an extortion for screws and fixings which I needed and didn’t need such a large quantity.

Popped to this shop, asked the gentleman for what I needed and he provided me with a the exact quantity of screws and fixings required and gave me some helpful advice, without being patronising or unhelpful.

Would recommend this shop from my initial experience.

A really wonderful family run hardware shop so friendly And incredibly helpful and informative if they haven't got it (which is a rarity) they can get it and also give you the best advice on the best way to do it if ,give this shop a look you won't be disappointed 10/10

Just how a hardware shop should be. Old fashioned good service and nothings too much trouble. Even smells right.! Loved it.

One of Wymondham's best assets. This traditional hardware shop has friendly knowledgeable staff able to help out DIY novices. They sell almost anything you are likely to need including nails and screws etc. in small quantities , but still cheaper than elsewhere. Just don't ask for fork handles I think they have heard that one before.

Great local shop. Really go the extra mile to help out. I needed some high security safe keys cut which other locksmiths couldnt do, they got it sorted and at a good price!

Go here for all of your DIY needs. You won't have to buy expensive blister packs as prices are very reasonable. Park on the road outside and go in for an old-fashioned friendly welcome at this brilliant shop!

Definitely worth a visit especially if you live in Wymondham use it or lose it.

Lots of house hold bits, tools, hardware, paint colour mixing, etc An old fashioned shop with many shelves and drawers containing all sorts of things.
They have heard The Two Ronnies sketch remark "Fork handles" many times!

Clements is like stepping back into a time before i was alive. Probably before my nan was born. Vintage till, vintage stock and some very cheerful vintage staff,this store is one of my favourites in Wymondham.

Super independent hardware store. Great range and good advice always available. Prices little higher than those massive stores - but service much better and personal.

Needed a quote for a new multipoint lock for my front door, was planning on buying and fitting myself.
David the locksmith came round the same day to check out what was required, knew exactly what I needed, and was able to order for next day delivery.
I ended up paying the same amount for the lock as I would have of Ebay, and as he only wanted £20 to fit I got him to fit (needed some work to the frame and lockplate, which is a bit out of my comfort zone)
Very happy with service, will definetely use again, and recommend them to anyone in Wymondham area

I needed some putty and called on Clements. I received top notch advice on how to use and maximize durability. I loved the experience. If I say 4 candles you might understand, in case you don't then Google.

Will always try to shop local and Clements still give that personal service.

Fantastic little shop that seems to stock almost everything tou could need for those diy projects. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff as well.
