Tesco Superstore

A Tesco that always has someone on a checkout. Great! I hate self-serve. It's disgusting that companies making billions in profit, can't provide basic customer service. How can this small Tesco do it and big superstore like Tesco Warrington, can't?

I love this store I used to work here nothing too much trouble for the staff nobody call the staff unhelpful as when I worked here and they still are the most helpful staff I've worked with love you all

I am writing this review to thank Cath & Paula at this Tesco branch, for their help and persistence, when I was in desperate need of a white shirt !
This may seem of little importance, but I had driven 250 miles to attend a wedding in Winwick on 4th June, and was happy that all my clothes for the wedding, reception and evening dance were present and correct. Fortunately I checked my wedding suit the night before at the hotel, to ensure it had travelled well, only to find my crisp white shirt hadn’t travelled at all ! Panic !

Not knowing the area, I googled nearest superstore, which was Asda, arrived there on the wedding day at 7-30am to find their large clothing section had not one single mens white shirt !
Next stop Tesco Earlstown, to find they had no clothing section, but spotted Paula and Cath in one of the aisles. I rushed up, explained my dilemma, and they kindly scoured the stockroom in the off chance there was one lurking within. Not only did they find one, it was my exact collar size, and they gave it for free !
Thank you so much, Cath and Paula and Tesco, my dilemma was a talking point at the reception, and I have kept my promise to give this very positive review.

I'd like to say a word of support for the much put upon security. These guys are working in the most trying of circumstances and I know for a fact one of them is a black belt who can perform one fingered push ups so think twice before becoming confrontational.

I use 2 Tescos but the Earlestown one is my local and I never have to worry about packing my shopping bags. Today I didn't even have to unload my trolley.. someone was there helping me. Walking with a crutch isn't easy so.help.is always appreciated.

Easy without any stupid situation

Handy for shopping especially on market days, easy parking and local taxi pickup points and handy bus station back to either st helens Haydock or warrington. Has toilet facilities only thing is no cafe life most other tescos. But there are plenty on market St to choose from just around the corner

Very pleasant Staff..very help full.i dont always shop there .but foud everything I needed. I will go shopping again there ican tell you that.
