Made an order on Uber eats from here and for a second time theyve left something off my order but instead of taking it off the price of my they've charged me for it. This is the only place I seem to have this problem with won't be making an order with them again now that it's happened twice

Unsure what happened to this shop but i wont be in a hurry to return,
The staff are untrained and just simply rude.
The staff member at the till seemed to be unable to do anything but the most basic of things and was completely lost on how to operate the till and needed to call out for help.
When the 'help' arrived he was just rude and almost hostile towards me when I was just a customer just wanting a service that you used to do and the problem was with the staff not knowing how the till worked.
Unsure why or how that is my fault?
Rather than help he just told its something they didn't do, when he left the other server still seemed confused how the tills work and told me I would be better to go into another shop.
Good advice, I wont be returning.

Used to be a friendly place to shop. Now they've gotten to be really snotty to customers. The tone they used when talking to you is downright disrespectful and it's not right. I am no longer going to be coming to this shop.
1. You have to que up outside which is understandable but it's not understandable when there's a que and the employee's constantly chatter to the customers, especially when you're a customer who has to help family with shopping and they tell you only one person is allowed from each household. This has happened to me not just once but twice.
2. I understand we have to wear masks but not everyone can afford to continuously purchase one. I was wearing a mask inside the shop and literally was just only handing my money over to a young employee when another employee, in a highly rude tone told me to put my mask on properly. I explained that my mask slips but did not get a chance to explain that I can't just go out and afford a mask everytime one slips. I have a small face and masks do not fit me well. The employee just straight up was like "well you should buy another mask" and blah blah blah. On my way out a 3rd employee gave me a stare. Not a kind one either.
The employee's at this shop are just highly unfriendly and highly disrespectful. They complain when a customer talks back to defend themselves when in fact they're ones creating the problems in the first place. Next time I have proof of this I will upload it because this is not right. It's not right for them to treat customers this way.
Only good thing about this shop is the distance but because of how I am treated I would rather walk along the highway to the petrol station shop. At least I'm treated like a human there. This shop used to be friendly. Now it's just not what it used to be. Not since it's had newer employee's.
