Amble of parking. Clean. Isles wider than other shops. Variety of choices. Great offers if you have a Morrisons card. Staff friendly & helpful.

I was helped in store by a young lady named Cree. I asked about an item that wasn't on display. All too often you're told , if its not out , we don't have any. She took the time to go into the warehouse and find what I wanted. Thank you.

Always like this morrisons compared to my own in Rugeley. Called on, found my stuff, easy. The lady on the checkout should sue the charm school she went to but apart from that all good.

Lovely place to do a food shop . With a fish mongers. Deli.butchers. all the things asda.and sainsbury USE TO HAVE! but only morrisons keep it going .well done morrisons burntwood !

I visit mostly meeting up with a friend for breakfast. The cafe is good, friendly staff with the store well stocked.

This place is way better than any other I've been to! The take out food was amazing, i chose the salad bar, really good!

Plenty of car parking spaces, parent and toddler spaces. Friendly staff, large shop, great free from range also

Late evening shopping. 8pm is certainly less hectic and a more relaxed experience. Some stock was a bit low after busy Saturday as you'd expect but the staff were restocking the shelve. Checkout staff were welcoming and friendly.

Just visited Burntwood store cafe. Had afternoon tea. for two. Really good enjoyed it such variety highly recommend will certainly have again, staff so friendly and helpful too. Thank up.

Aldi is close, so competitive prices. More checkouts need to be opened. Special offers on the ends of aisles make navigation difficult sometimes.

We ended up here because of appalling treatment at Norton Canes Toby Carvery. The food was excellent given the setting, the staff were friendly, helpful, smiling and having a wonderful attitude to their job. Compared to what we experienced at the Toby, it was 5 star, well done and thank you.

Visit here often for lunch. Staff are always friendly and meal deals are nice. I'm a particular fan of the cross cut fries however you have to get them within the first 30 minutes of them being cooked or it's like biting into a breeze block. All in all though would recommend.

It's a great store with a really lovely bakery. Every bakery product I have had has been amazing, especially the salt and black pepper tiger loaf!!

The staff are friendly and always willing to help you, it's well stocked, and the music is wicked as you do your shopping then once though the checkout its into the cafe for a meal+a drink deal with Jane and the team of girls they cook a banging all day breakfast fantastic team of workers who have smiles on their faces well done morrisons 👍😁

Salt and pepper pringles are no longer on the shelf and I was told they won't be back.
This place is great value and helpful when a big shop is on the list.
Staff could be a little more happy but I've working in this industry its hard to always be happy.
