Burton Village Store

Friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond and offer amazing customer service. They really know all their customers and take care of them. Burton in Kendal wouldn't be such a perfect little village if it wasn't for its Post Office and Village Store.

Great village shop with range of newspapers, essentials and extras, eg local produce and gifts. Also includes post office facilities. Super helpful friendly owners and staff. Open early doors until 6pm Mon-Sat and till midday on Sunday.

Turned up 5 mins after closing (having moved to village on same day). Lovely member of staff reopened for me to let me get some essentials. Was really surprised when I stepped inside with how nice a shop it is with a good range. 👍

It's always a real pleasure to visit this village Post Office and Store. The owners go out of their way to give excellent customer service.
