I would like to say a big thank you to this shop and one of it staff member who went above and beyond but helping with my niece how she help her by cutting all the wrapping of her new wand thank you so much

Great store!! Plenty to choose from with reasonable prices. Friendly very helpful staff, never too much trouble if you ask for help. Love to visit.

I placed an order online which told me my item was in stock, however I still had to wait five days for my item to actually arrive into the store! That said, I visit The Works quite often, as it's handy for all the bits and pieces my 10 year old daughter is drawn to (ie. Unicorn and mermaid c**p!!) and on the whole the store in Rugby is well stocked, always clean and tidy and the members of staff are always friendly and helpful.

Such a massive range of stuff it's hard to take it all in but great for cheaper gifts
