Wickes Sittingbourne

Popped in Saturday morning for 1 item and ended up leaving with 6. Friendly staff and great prices.

Wonderful store with brilliant staff and a Brilliant range of bathroom products - plumbing items are a little over priced.

First time I've used this store. Passed it many times but never ventured inside til now. I liked the layout much better than my local branch in Chatham where everything is in a cage. This was a Much better store to navigate and find what I wanted. I was after a kitchen wall unit, I had a look online and chose one. The website told me the store had several.in stock. I could of used the click and collect service but I wanted to browse the store anyway.
I bought a Dakota wall unit for garage storage. The quality is as I expected for the price. I would of liked something more substantial but what you pay is what you get. I don't think I would want now in my kitchen but it serves it's purpose well.

Today I was looking for a red wall paint, i needed one mixed for me but couldn’t find the right shade, so
a really top bloke with great customer service skills &
a good sense of humor helped me, he was so patient very helpful. So I want to say a big thank you to him.

Fantastic service, I phoned and asked if they had sewer pipe and they had already loaded two trolleys for me by the time I arrived to pay

Today was our first visit after looking at other expensive building suppliers. We got all the things we needed at reasonable prices. They even gave us a damaged piece of plasterboard which I needed for a repair. Well done Wickes. We will be back soon.

Great selection of products all at great prices. Wickes are very competitive in terms of their pricing as well as their range and cover a lot of areas you wouldn't necessarily expect. The Click and Collect service works well and makes it so much easier and quicker to find what you're looking for. Overall I would recommend.

Very helpful. Had everything that I needed and cheaper than b&q and homebase. Even loaded up my trolley and helped me pack it all into my car even though they were short staffed that evening! Great service. Thanks.

Quite helpful staffand the layout of the place and the goods is excellent! Some things could be very pricey though compared to the quality of similar products from wilko and Homebase. The delivery charges can be a pain most especially when they dont have the ordered goods in the Sittingbourne store. I would still chose them over other stores in most cases but the price should be more competitive i suppose !

Is what it is, carpark with lots of spaces, no steps curbs. Convenient for everyone, well stocked. Very lovely, helpful, polite young lady helped with my online order. Great experience 👍👌

Got a smoke alarm for 1/3 of what homebase charge for the same brand and found what I needed. Good selection of products

This is a great place for all your DIY needs. A really good range of products at very competitive prices. Onsite parking is available for free and there is even a good snack van there if you are peckish.

Cheap tiles, bricks, postcrete and tools. Tools however I would prefer to order from Screwfix, but it is just me. More on a building than decorating side of the works.

A good local place to get building materials, electricals paint and decorating products. There is also an excellent garden section,for plants and fertilisers etc. Plenty of parking too.

Pick up 3 toilet seat was £29.00 each reduced to £14. 00 each loads of bargains if you look around.

Polite helpful staff

Shelve empty ask one staff member unhelpful, my wife approach a young girl staff member I explained I had checked stock online which said they had stock she checked her phone and said she would check warehouse and came back in minutes with the qualities I requested and the correct goods, can't thank her enough for her help. Staff were more than helpful and cheerful in the current time. Price for item was good value.

Have always liked using Wickes. Nothing is a bother to the staff when you need some advice or just want to ask a question, I have always found the guys & girls very helpful & always served with a smile.
