Just been in there to collect my vinted parcel, baring in mind my husband had tried to collect yesterday and they were extremely rude as apparently we need the address on the ID? Something unheard of. I’ve collected various vinted parcels from off licenses before and only needed name verification as it’s not being delivered to my home so why should I need proof of address. The man serving had appalling customer service, literally just said ‘no’ when I showed my ID, I then showed various different IDs and as we have moved I do not have my current address on my ID but my name is clearly visible. He then asked me for an email from Evri which I couldn’t find at the time as I was so angry and appalled at his customer service and lack of manners or respect when talking to people let alone customers. I have now found this email which I should be taking tomorrow to see what other nonsense they come up with now. It’s just a dress for my daughter, so nothing special but it’s the principle and the way in which you speak to people that enter your shop. It’s safe to say that I won’t be ordering anything else to be delivered there, let alone be stepping in that shop!!!

Very rude, would not allown parcel to be picked up even with ID

My Hermes parcel stolen twice now within a year from this shop.. first one was a iPhone I sent from a eBay sale and the receiver received an empty Parcel. The second was a Amazon parcels return for a ring doorbell pro 2 and Amazon also received an empty parcel so clearly someone at the shop is stealing the parcels!! I will never use this shop again for parcels an I recommend anyone to do the same

What a horrible place this is.
They Refused to package a parcel that they were meant to do, I wasn't happy to handle the mobile device to complete details due to COVID anxieties but was happy to tell them my details, so he threw the package at me!!!
Nasty man. Not willing to help or complete contractual agreements with Hermes.

Just a simple drop off of 2 X evri parcels but the man was totally non communicative, hostile and literally chucked one of my (fragile) parcels onto the pile of parcels on the floor behind his counter. Appalling!

Absolutely awful. Meant to be a packageless retune location for Hermes. Printed my label and handed the item and label over and told I needed to package it. Absolutely useless do not use!!!

Rude managers, they open and close at random hours and sometimes they just close during the day. Unreliable service, particularly if you need to drop a parcel

Dropped off a parcel and it’s vanished the tracking doesn’t even come up. So what have they done with my parcel?

Just bought a pack pitta bread dated 20/05 opens its moulded didn't bother to go back. poor quality.

If I could leave no star or even minus stars I would. The man in the shop was obnoxious and incredibly rude to me for no real reason. I won't be using their services again.
