Best shop in Poole. DOM is an old shool shopkeeper. He's a very nice lad holding on to a shop in a violent volatile place. I always get a hello even when he's up against it. Legend!

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Good amount of products stocked, and rarely out of stock either. Clean shop with a good layout. Recently refurbished on being awarded their premesis licence! Congrats :)

Good deals, friendly staff and now hot food and coffee and alcohol.

Coul make the queuing system better ,entry and exit is in way but the staff are friendly and polite/helpful

It's just too small for how much it tries to do, it's got so much crammed into a very small store and lots of very basic things get neglected, for example you queue to pay basically right in the doorway, and it only takes four people appropriately distancing to have a queue right out the store. There's a lot here, but at the same time nowhere to actually walk around or any good place to stand and look.

Don't have bakery also asked for ID... I'm covered in tattoos and have grey hair...

Atrocious layout! The tills are RIGHT BY THE enterance/exit. You literally have to PUSH through other customers when you enter and exit - WHO thought this was a good idea? There's also too many products in this shop, you always have to squeeze by other customers. No bakery anymore and the products in general are ridiculously over priced. Only reason this shop is still in business is because it's in the bus station.

Not accessible. A wheelchair might get through the door but will immediately be running in to any customers at the till point. If you make it past there, the layout is so cramped most aisles are a hazard to attempt and the remaining path so narrow it's near impossible. Too much has been crammed in with no thought for disabled customers. Boxes on the floor blocking half of some aisles. You would never get a mobility scooter around inside either - I struggled with a power chair that has a very tight turning circle.

What a depressing travesty of a so called shop. Words fail me. Cramped, unwelcoming, its not the staff, God help them....it's just horrible, just like where it is, Poole Bus Station

Awful customer service! I went in to post some parcels via yodel and was made to feel bad for even going in there! Twice, I was made to feel guilty for sending parcels by both the store manager and another female member of staff there. While scanning through my parcels the manger proceeded to tell me "I wish they never gave us this, we've sent so many since it started" and complained about other customers using the system. It is not my fault that your store was allocated this service, perhaps take it up with yodel or the area management for the store rather than making nasty comments towards customers. I work in the Dolphin Centre and would never speak to a customer this way. Made me feel really uncomfortable and embarrassed so I will not be returning to the store. In future I will use Hermes at a different store on the high street where the staff are more accommodating, and aren't buying and cashing in scratch cards during their shift!

Real exaggerated prices. Employees very cold. They never give you a receipt for the purchase!! No light of its own.

Just avoid it's best advice I can give you!
