St David's Stores

The staff here are very knowledgeable. I was painting a garage door and ran out of paint. They asked what I had on the door already which was Hammerite. This is a specialist paint and they said no other paint would stick to the other paint except this make. I have also had keys cut here before and they always work. A brilliant local store.

I really like St. David's Store. They are very friendly and they have a nice selection of products, literally from nuts & bolts to a really great selection of kitchen needs. I had looked in many stores, to no avail, for a small spatula to use with my 8 inch saute pan which is perfect for making small omelets for 2. At St. David's I found one of the perfect size.

This is a great hardware store run by friendly people who know what they’re talking about. Loads of quality products for the home and garden. And with all local independent stores, either use it or lose it.

I’ve been popping into this place for over 40 years now. BBQ gas to glue, paint to panel pins. Now we live in a one bed retirement flat and an Amazon damaged letter box needed fixing with use of one fixing screw. The service and help was wonderful as usual. Not just a hardware shop -Aladdin cave but with gold star service.

A great little local hardware shop that's crammed with everything you'll need for a major DIY project down to a single screw to resolve a crisis. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Saved my skin several times and they don't charge the earth.

These guys have sorted me out so many times, absolutely top notch. Before I discovered them I'd go to the big chains but they are the last resort now.

A great local store, run, I believe, as a family business. I have always received friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable service, and there's not a lot they don't stock. Much nicer than those giant DIY chains.

What a gem of a store. This store sold literally everything ! I'd have been hard pressed to think of something they didn't sell. I'll definitely be going there again.

Always very helpful, if they don't have what you want in the shop they will do their best to get it for you. Lovely having them open during these covid times. Thank you all.

Excellent shop, it's a real Aladdin's Cave for anything DIY or household related. Staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store.
