Friendly speedy staff, good products, what more do you want 😁

It's good! but pricey.

The incredibly rude and up himself sales assistant who seems to work every night, is particularly Reluctant to be remotely helpful to any customer who of course are vital to the business. He made 3 customers wait outside, In their cars in the cold while he stacked a few items on a shelf and said "you'll have to wait a moment cause I'm busy!!!"

He then refused to let me give him the right change and insisted upon taking only notes and giving me more change. He really is the most unsavoury chap and not aware that his job is to serve customers, Not serve his own agenda and be sarcastic or facetious to paying customers who pay his salary inadvertently.

I will log this complaint with the head office for marks and Spencer's and bp tomorrow morning.

Very rude staff and has been expensive for fuel during the latest fuel crisis. I changed my flat tyre on the forecourt in the pouring rain in my ambulance uniform. No one asked me if I was OK or offered to help in any way. When I finished I googled where to find a mechanic to fix it and then the staff yelled at me to get off the phone.....even though I was no where near a fuel pump

Be careful of over charging. They announced no cards allowed, then didn't account for 3 for 10£ offer, then gave incorrect change and no receipt. I approached a colleague who kindly gave me a refund but naively blamed it on the offer being faulty, which was clearly a kind support for the colleague's dirty work 😬
