Staff are miserable and not very well trained. Shop is always tidy though and great range of products. If the staff were a little more happy in their work it would be nice.

Great place to get all your toiletries and products for your home really cheaper than anywhere else.
Also do small bottles for your holidays to puff in your hand luggage
