Very clean, tidy supermarket. Friendly staff, good produce. Has a great little coffee shop.
Sells papers , magazines and cards etc. ,Ample parking with disabled spots and a petrol station. Also had electric hook ups.

Nice store clean and tidy well stocked bonus it has a Costa express machine as well! Bakery and Argos instore great customer service

I've not been here for a few years and I really enjoyed it, fantastic place to shop with plenty of staff to hassle if you have any questions. Really easy place to navigate, they have toilets, a place to buy tobacco products and lottery etc, there is even a big machine to tip all your change in and it gives you a receipt to take to the kiosk to get your cash. You can also scan your shipping as you go, bagging it up and then just pay. The prices are actually not bad, alot of stuff like biscuits etc were only 25p-50p so I will definitely be going again soon

A good store well stocked with groceries. Seems to have gone down considerably in price, I don't end up coming out bankrupt anymore when I've just nipped in for bread & milk

The customer service here is brilliant, I’ve found that the team go over and above to help with enquiries. Always smiling and courteous they’re a real pleasure to deal with and I’m glad to have this branch as my local supermarket.

Good store, good location , lots of parking but can get busy, just off A6 , train station next door, on door step of Matlock bath, chatsworth up road, fuel station on site , toilets, cafe, cash points, But No Pharmacy ...

Online shopping from Sainsbury is amazing .
The produce , especially the fresh food is such good quality and therefore lasts longer than other supermarkets.
The delivery people are polite , helpful and I would highly recommend them .
The prices are good , and communication brilliant.
Swop to Sainsbury shopping and get great produce , delivered on time and you won't regret it

The Covid protocols were impressive here - a one way system and ample hand sanitising points.
The exhibits are largely to be expected from a good aquarium. The thing that I thought stood out best was the number of tanks that could be viewed from above. This is another perspective, that I thought was excellent

Very busy but the staff were brilliant. Helped quite a lot.

Free 3 hour parking. Speciality breads. Cafe.. You can get most things, Grocery wise. Great range of Beers, Wines and Spirits. Some items not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl, but a far larger range of Branded goods. Has a clothing section as well, and gifts.

Asked to go to self serve ,I politely refused and said if they don't open another till or two I will walk.

Fab supermarket with a big selection of clothing. Great variety of Christmas gifts and foods.

I do love this store. Such a great range of products and great quality. I much prefer this store to buy my food in. My local Tesco often charges alot for often low quality product. Store is a nice place to shop and is well stocked.

I recently visited the Sainsbury's supermarket in Matlock, and I was very impressed with the selection of products and the friendly service. The store is well stocked with everything I could need, from fresh produce to household goods. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and they were happy to answer a question I had.

I was particularly impressed with the selection of organic produce at Sainsbury's Matlock. The fruits and vegetables were all fresh and looked delicious. I also liked the fact that the store had a wide selection of gluten-free and vegan products.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Sainsbury's Matlock. The store is clean and well-organised, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this supermarket to anyone looking for a convenient and one-stop shop for all their grocery needs.
