Waitrose & Partners

Most of the times I'm not happy with the staff members, however Fiona at the self service check out was very kind few days ago, and appreciated her great customer service. The quality of the items in Waitrose is great as always, I buy meat, vegetables,
etc. only from them.

never ever in my life, I experienced so professional customer service. Very young man @ meet counter was so professional that it took my shoes off!!!!

A warm and friendly little branch with convenient parking.

In mobility scooter. Partners could not be more pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much bother. It is always clean. Fab range of products. Fresh produce always perfect. Love trying the recipes. Advice on products always on hand. Very competitive prices and best quality.
P.S. before I was incapacitated the partners were the same.
Very much appreciated.

Always good variety of good quality products

Great products and a wide variety of products to suit all budgets. Lovely fresh vegetables and bakery along with the deli counter and confectionary. Lovely staff always friendly and smiley.

Was told a new till would be opened but no-one came for a few minutes, so when we were served they comp'd us a bottle of wine. Result!

Excellent large car park adjacent to store. Well stocked shelves and not at all busy. Impressive meat and fish counters with helpful 'butcher'. A good shopping experience.

Really helpful member of staff called Alex offered us his help to us in finding the yogurts we were looking for, and even went to the store room to search them out. More staff like Alex please!

The staff (Partners) are always so helpful and the shop is a pleasure to visit. The parking is easy, and free on a reimbursed ticket. Their own brand tea bags are better than Twinings. And their fruit & veg department is varied and good quality.

One hour free parking if you take the tear off slip from your parking ticket. Go through the car park until you get to Waitrose own car park. Not a massive store but is well stocked for most of the essential. Good selection of wines and beers. Free cup of coffee if you spend more than £10, but take you own cup.

Picked up some great bargains in the reduced aisle.

All of the lovely things in a lovely shop. Staffed by lovely people. Not the biggest supermarket you'll ever encounter, but a pretty good selection nonetheless. (Booths is better, of course, but there aren't any of those down this way).

Clean, value for money especially there own products!

Setting the standard for health and safety, not only country leaders in food quality the cleaning and access procedures in place during this pandemic set this store above all others in the area and inspire public confidence. Well done Waitrose, leading the way again.

Easy and fast to find everything you need. It's not a superstore so it's not a huge effort to shop here. I really like the selection they have and always nice fresh fruit and veg and bread.

I consider them the best. Spotlessly clean Deli counter with well stocked shelves throughout the store. Friendly & professional staff too.
