The guy in the shop was spot on and even though it was close to closing .. was super helpful to me and my other half .. decent guy ,decent advice ,fair on the price and the dinner lady juice he recommended after I told him I liked nasty juice and Heisenberg.. was spot on … deffo recommend

I visited Vape 57 for the first time primarily to have my Smok RPM4 revamped. I was met by Joshua who looked at the issues that I had with it. It required a new heater pod and there was a slight leak on the tank. He promptly and professionally replaced the pod and to my amazement fixed the leak on the tank. He made me feel welcome and offered the Vanilla flavoured oil to boot. The total cost was reasonable and he even offered a disposable in case my unit failed. I was made to feel welcome from the start to finish with providing the valuable knowledge in regard to vaping and the products on offer. First class shop with the kind of staff all ships would wish for. Can’t thank them enough. After searching around for a good vape shop I stumbled on this one. It has so many different flavours and brands at a very fair price.There is a really great atmosphere and friendly advice with no pressure. They are helping me to cut down on nicotine so listened to what I like and gave me some helpful suggestions which I took on board. It's great Vape Shop and I enjoy being a customer here, so happy I found this little vaping gem!

I’ve been to a few vape stores and always felt unwelcome and a nuisance to the point I’ve just left because I felt awkward because I didn’t know what I was on about. Vape-57 very welcoming it deserves a review.
Outstanding service, very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
Listened to exactly what I wanted and recommend a few products. Not pushy at all, I asked for a pack of 5 coils with my new device and he recommend I try the 2 it came with first before I buy. Explained everything about the vape, nicotine levels, gave a demo, very passionate about the business.
Absolutely fantastic service.

Amazing service, cheap prices, best vape shop ever

First visit to Vape-57, I was in need of a new tank. Was thinking of a rebuildable mesh tank but none in stock, as I needed a new tank, I asked for recommendations. The very helpful and enthusiastic gentleman in the shop suggest a Valyrian III. WOW, what a great recommendation. Superb Tank, and really friendly and helpful advice, will definitely be visiting again.

I’ve been to a few vape shops around since becoming a fan to see what’s what and this is one of the best. Andy is a lovely fella, always welcoming and a great range. Trying before you buy is invaluable if not imperative and they oblige. Also my daughter loves her sweets. Keep ‘em stocked up!!!!

Absolute brilliant service! Top marks for this guy! I did start smokin again but may started vapin again I smoked 35 fags a day or more sum times 40 I've cut right down 2 5 a day vapin now since may defo stay vapin an always gone 2 vape 57 4 my vapes juse coils staff always help an always so frendley they have helped me so much in all the years I've I been here I'm a cusomer that won't go any were else but 2 vape 57

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a problem with opening tank to refill, no problem to staff and opened within seconds. Bought a new bottle of liquid. Will be visiting again.

This is my go to place for my vape fluid and coils and also got my vape from here. Andrew the owner is lovely and very helpful and the other staff are also always friendly and helpful! The place to go for all things vape!
