Three is fantastic as always as staff are friendly and very helpful, catering for any specific requirements that you may have.

Visited the store yesterday 31st. October 2022. This was an excellent experience and both the staff we encountered were lovely. The young women (sadly we didn't get her name) who sorted out our new contracts made sure we were completely happy.

Good customer service. A lot of interesting offers. Liam is a great sales. Thank you mate ;)

Amazing experience at this store today! Hayley and Alex were fantastic. Came in for a new phone as I broke my previous. Spent time to ask me what I use my phone for and to see if there were any bundle deals they could offer. Managed to get myself the s20 fe and my partner a tablet he can use for drawing. Both were very friendly and had a good chat and a laugh stayed 30 minutes past closing to make sure everything went through okay! Absolutely fantastic customer service went above and beyond for my partner and myself today! Lovely people! Will definitely be going to this three store for any future contracts.

After 2 wasted attempts to get a 3 contract and new phone, finally its happened and its all thanks to Cerri, system issues first time, couldn't be arsed staff 2nd time, but today this fantastic lady went above and beyond. Thanks for all your help today, was most appreciated and restored my confidence in 3

Went in on Sunday 31st March and was served by Dom he was so genuine and helpful. He was with a colleague Jessica who was also very bubbly and nice. We were there until a little after closing time and even though they had finished they were still very helpful and pleasant.

The staff here are always brilliant. They are friendly and extremely helpful. I've been with 3 for the past five years and find the network very reliable.

Fantastic service from the assistant at the St Helens, nothing was too much trouble very friendly, helpful would highly recommend, we don't live in St Helens, we have a store in our home town but will be back to this store as the service we received today far exceeded the service in our home town 3 store would highly recommend this store to friends and family

Went in to get my partner a new phone, hers and just broken and Alex and Hayley helped find her the best deal and add ons and even stayed behind after closing to get everything sorted for us. Best customer service I've ever had in a phone shop

The 2 staff in on the day I went in were welcoming and not pushy. They gave me time to vowse and discuss my needs without the hard sell I had from other phone providers

Great service staff got me an amazing deal, background work took a bit longer as I have a business and it took 2 days to transfer my number but apart from that awesome and a great deal staff were awesome

Liam was great, went in due to an issue after explaining what was wrong he resolved everything looked into my account and even got me a new deal which was amazing thanks again liam
