Very friendly and helpful staff, perhaps exactly what is expected from a supplier like this

Wouldn’t usually review a Screwfix, but Rachel gave excellent service, I had accidentally ordered to the wrong store for collection, she called the other store to rectify the issue saving me the hassle of having to collect/refund from the other store.
Top notch service

Used the online click & collect and picked up my order today, staff on site at the door to control customers were friendly and the guy who took care of me at the counter was really helpful. Everything I ordered was in stock and collection was effortless. Can't fault Screwfix from the Web site, selecting and ordering what I needed to collection from the store. Very good thanks

Screwfix, one of my favourite stores! I am only a DIY enthusiast but armed with my multi pocket builder shorts, dirty tee-shirt, measuring tape and a couple of screwdrivers hanging off the belt, I look the part. Screwfix are just great value for money, great advice, great customer service!

Becky served me and she was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and was cheerful and chatty 🙂

Prefer here to plumbers merchants, reason being everything is priced up and no way of being ripped off. Always nice people at Leatherhead.
