Blue Mist Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Mist Villa! The room was clean and nicely furnished and the view from the balcony was stunning, especially in the early morning. The host was very kind and inspired positive energy.

Prakash is a lovely and very accommodating man, when he had time he took us touring in his jeep showing us the best spots of Munnar. The room was recently decorated and very tidy. He even paid for a TV channel so I could watch the cricket. His family run hotel is a perfect place to see Munnar from, would highly recommend.

We had our stay for 3 nights & 2 days. The stay was wonderful but more then that the owner is super awesome. If you have any problem or question ask him and he will help you out. He will help you for Bike rentals or Cab service. Best place to stay. Thanks Prakash & Uncle.

A great stay here. Beautiful clean rooms. Great for big groups of people as has a common area too in the flat. Amazing hosts who have great recommendations and can help your organise transport and activities. Close to a few shops and restaurants too.

Kind and helpful family who provided us a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfasts, advice and help booking and lots of cups of tea! Would definitely recommend for a serene stay.

The best homestay. Renu the caretaker is extremely helpful. She made special breakfast for us.
We requested her to make puttu, flavored tea, she happily made it for us. Renu and her family own the property hence they take care of us like their own guests.
They do not serve lunch or dinner, highly recommend them to start lunch and dinner. The rooms were pretty clean and all essentials were provided. Renu also gave us Jam fruit when we left the place.
The place is quite and calm, once you check-in you can happily spend 3 days without going out if they start serving lunch and dinner. Its walkable to bus stop and main junction.
We got Kerala bananas from the junction to eat and never knew those were supposed to be steamed before we eat, she also steamed them for us. Comfortable stay and very friendly.

I had a beautiful experience at the blue mist villa. The location was great, even for a solo traveller without a car it was easy to access, just 10min walk from the bus stand and restaurants in town.
The room was large, clean, great shower, comfortable bed. The hosts were super nice, had complimentary tea when I needed, provided plates and cutlery for the food I ordered outside. The breakfast was really good and varied, you can have something different every morning. The views were splendid. I really recommend this place! Thank you again!

A beautiful place hosted by Prakash and his family. The views are amazing, the place is calm and relaxing. Location is awesome, if you are looking for that kind of quietness.
Anachal is reachable by foot. For everything else you will need a motorcycle or car or driver. In special cases you can also ask Prakash and maybe you are lucky and he will take you himself :)
WiFi is working great - awesome for digital nomads / remote workers.
Just a beautiful safe place to stay, with kind people and stunning nature around you.

We loved our stay with Prekash and his father. Lovely people. The room was very clean and cozy, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Located 30 mins outside munnar, which is a bit of a ride, but is much nicer than sleeping in munnar itself in my opinion. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to spend some days at Munnar. Prakash, the host, was very kind. Good views from the balconies. The breakfast was good traditional Kerala dishes. Closer town is just 10 min walk, where you can find restaurants and market.

The best place to stay in Munnar! We enjoyed our stay and the view is just incredible. The room is really clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfy. I highly recommend this Homestay. We will come back again for sure!

I have stayed at this property on 28th Sep 2021. Our pet dog Mickey was also with us. It was a wonderful experience. The place is calm and quiet, rooms are clean. There is a dining room and balcony where we can relax sipping a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenic view of the hills facing the balcony. The room service was exceptional. Breakfast, tea/ coffee etc were delicious. It's a perfect getaway from the busy life schedule. There are five well furnished rooms, three upstairs and two at ground floor. If you are a group of three or four families, you can spend a few memorable days here. I won't forget the experience for a long time. I wish the very best to this venture.

It is an awsome place.
The owner Prakash with the staff manager Vignish and the small family are very kind people. They arrange everything you need and more, and make your stay comfortable.
The hotel is well aquiped, the food is tasty and we had no reason to look for resturant.
The view from the balcony is amazing and if you are a birds lover so you are in paradise.

We were 5 and stayed in one 3BHK cottage. The rooms were spacious and with lot of good energy. Balcony view was awesome.
Special thanks to Shiju who took a great care for us. The home made food of this resort is simply wonderful. Do not waste your money on ordering food outside. Please try their own curries.

Amazing place to stay in Munnar! We loved staying here. Super clean, beautiful view from the balcony, hot showers (no need for bucket shower!), comfortable bed and considerate hosts! We had breakfast and dinner everyday. No one else was staying here during our stay so we had the entire common area to ourselves. We felt at home! The food was delicious, home cooked and probably the best indian food I’ve had! Before we left they gave us some drinks for the road! Definitely recommend. Thank you.

This is one small piece of paradise tucked away from the maddening rush of the cities. We were a group of four and stayed here for a day. The place is just wonderful. It somehow gave me a homecoming feeling. The living room is huge and had everything you might need. The balcony has a beautiful view. The rooms are perfect. There is a lot of space to hide away your luggage. The host is a wonderful guy who helped us recover our lost bag with all our valuable without us stepping out of the house. Being brought up in North India, we hardly come across people who are so humble, helpful and honest. I will definitely be looking to come back here again.

A beautiful place to stay at around Munnar. Its around 30minutes from the main town of Munnar but the view from their rooms of the munnar hills is mesmerizing. What makes this place even more beautiful to stay in is the hospitality of the people taking care of this place. They were very sweet and caring towards our every need. At times they did things for us even without we asking them to. Must visit

The villa was clean and in a serene location. The view was awesome too. Prakash and his brother Vignesh were very much helpful and their hospitality was too good. We went with our pets and they helped us serving foods to them and were very friendly with them. It was an amazing experience for us. They helped us by booking a can for site visit.

Fantastic host. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. They arranged boiled chicken for our pets.Owner and his brother are very kind and generous. Parking available inside. Cabs can be arranged by the owner for sightseeing.
