Amazing restaurant! Great food, great service and hygiene is the best. Their table cleaning crew is so dedicated and they have a proper system if doing everything, which works well because during peak hours, they actually have a line of patrons waiting for a table.

Plus the washrooms are clean and very well maintained. And they have separate sittings for veg and non-veg customers.
The North Indian as well as South Indian food is superb!

Side note- the restaurant also offers the drivers food as well, which a great initiative.

We had food here thrice during our time in Munnar. The place has good ambience and excellent service. It was crowded but they managed it very well.
Food was equally good as well. They run out of beef items early it seems and all the side dishes we'd were good.

Went here on weekend with extended family. Place is not wheelchair accessible, and pure-veg section is on first floor.

Though we were large party, we were seated within 5 minutes. Servers were attentive, and food came fast.

Portion sizes are good, and food was quite tasty, specially hakka noodles and Kadhai Paneer.

Prakrithi restaurant is a multi-cuisine restaurant, offers delicious food at affordable prices. Also, there are different seatings available for veg and non-veg section. Their pizza, although taking a while to prepare, is definitely worth the wait. The restaurant's cozy ambiance adds to the dining experience, making it a must-visit restaurant if you are in Anchal side.

A very safe and reliable option to try while in Munnar. What's amazing is, we had dinner here at peak time with the restaurant at capacity and with people waiting, they managed to provide excellent service and serve food with a very decent waiting time, without compromising on the quality of food and the cleanliness of the restaurant! You really have to hand it to them, they've cracked how to run a restaurant and be crazy good at it.
We went in at around 8 on republic day, so you can imagine the crowd. There was a waiting period, which was handled so well. We waited for good 20-25 minutes. We ordered chicken chettinad (we requested if they could make it boneless, to which they kindly obliged), Kerala porottas, ginger chicken, masala tea and a lime soda. Everything was really good. I had a good chettinad after so long, and haven't seen a porotta so big in a long time
All of this costed is about 800, which is mighty decent given it is smack in the middle of a tourist spot at peak times.
The servers were super polite and made helpful recommendations.
Soups weren't available at the time.
Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended, despite the waiting.
P.S: Their dosa was priced at 170+ (depending on the variety of dosa) which I initially thought was way too steep, but after I saw the size of it, I was like, alright. Not all that steep after all, it was huuugge!

The genuine care and warm, attentive service from the staff at this establishment were pleasantly surprising. Their consistent smiles while attending to guests and taking orders were truly admirable. Having visited this place twice, I must commend the team for their effective handling of the guests. In my opinion, it stands as the finest restaurant in Munnar, particularly if you're traversing this route. Kudos to the dedicated team for delivering such exceptional experiences

We stayed in Munnar for 3 days and ate here 4 times! It was delicious food and great service. The menu is comprehensive with lots of options. We had various curries, dosa, lassi, masala chai, biryani and more. The service is amazing the staff are very friendly. Western food is also available, we didn't try this though apart from fries. The restaurant is very clean and food standards are high, would definitely recommend it you are in the area!

One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in India so far. We ordered the Chicken Chuttathu (Alfaham), salad, french fries, raita and bread. Was a little wait to be seated however was worth the wait. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had our meal here two days in a row as we liked it so much, on our trip to Munnar.

Great food, excellent service and staff. Special mention to the Manager for making us feel extremely comfortable.

Would recommend trying the Tandoori chicken pizza, mixed rice, oreo shake, brownie with icecream, chicken gravy and parotta. You can pick up anything really and have a good time!

Note that there is no A/C but it was quite pleasant when we visited.

We also have never seen such a big krambu - cinnamon in paneer butter masala.. and they were kind enough to do the essentials with a smile.. Prices are slightly on the higher side, good food and ambience, ppl good with it in a place like a munnar

One of the best in munnar, the service was too good, and the way they treat their customers is next level.
I became a fan of them by seeing their service. And food was also very good. They were open to our suggestions and they also suggested that some items are not that good we are planning to remove those like that, so overall it was too good, for veg and non veg they have separate segregation also, and the ambience is also good.

Overall i loved it and must visit there if not for food, at least for the way they treat their customers.

The only place in anachal where you can get proper and authentic North Indian food. I really liked the food. The staff was really courteous.

What a place & what fantastic service. The menu gives you a lot of variety & the food is amazing. The service is 10 on 5 (yes 10 on 5 - it’s not an error 😊). Came across such a good customer service in any restaurant after a long time. The vibe of the place is super & the staff is extremely hospitable & sensitive to customer’s needs. Unfortunately we visited the place on the last evening of our visit but loved it so much that we had to end the trip with a brunch here, not that we were hungry, but just because we wanted to say our good bye to beautiful Munnar with a feeling of 100%+ satisfaction & contentment . Restaurant we can trust not to dissapoint at Anachal, tried their Thali (veg &non-veg), Mixed noodles, garlic chicken.

In my experience its the most amount of prawns that Ive been served from any restaurant for a mixed fried rice meal.

Prakrithi restaurant is amazing! The food is super delicious and the staff is very well-behaved. The restaurant is also very neat and clean, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. I love coming here for a tasty meal in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

We had a chance to enjoy this new Restaurant at Anachal during our Munnar Family Trip recently! Wonderful ambience with immaculate facilities , especially very clean toilets,Wash room areas. Food also nice for both South and North cuisines. We felt N Indian food a bit spicy, probably to large outside Highrange travellers like us !
Overall, it's a great restaurant for tourists rushing to Munnar!

The restaurant is always busy, but the staffs are professionals. They are knowledgeable on handling the crowds and make your meal time pleasurable. It had both veg and non veg options. Veg was being served on the 1st floor and Non veg dining was on the ground floor. They managed the crowd properly and didn't compromise on the taste. Price, portion size and taste was good. If you are in Anachal area, this is the best place to dine in.

The place is very clean and hygienic. The food too was extremely delicious. We tried the Veg and Non veg Thali which had very good quantity. If you're looking for authentic Kerala food, this restaurant is a must try! The manger was polite and the service was also very good.
