Khuneshwar Mahadev Temple

Everyone will say it is a good place for nature lovers and best time to visit this place is during rainy season... It's completely true... No doubt in that... My purpose of writing this review is to inform everyone to be cautious if you are traveling by your personal vehicle... And when your vehicle is park roadside... Beside the entrance of this place... Full chances are that thieves will try on your vehicle .. they will break the glass of the door and then they will have enough time to swipe inside.
So be careful... Be safe... Don't keep any valuable items in your vehicle if you are parking there... God bless...

It is located in Champaner territory near one the most spiritual place of Gujarat Pavagadh, around 3 km from Pavagadh

Khuneshwar Mahadev the itself indicates that it is in corner.Full of enjoyment ,it's a tracking place but careful for kids because it's a long distance .

You hav to walk around 2.5 km from the main road your vehicle must put in outside.Thier is no option for parking near the water.

Unique-over all it's more than I heard about this waterfall the very first time.From that day onwards every year I am visiting this place.

Awesome place for one day trip.
Enjoyed a lot. Due to Corona Temple was closed, but tracking was awesome Experience against water flow inside stream. Have to cross 2 streams.

Went up to safe distance from Water fall though was risky.

Due to rain fall, water flow was increased.

There is no sitting place anywhere after Khuneshwar Temple.

I suggest do not take extra luggage with you after temple. Take care of kids in stream.

Best time to visit in monsoon....

Excellent secret destination to chill and hangout ! Hiking place ! 3 km inside from the main road ! Don't forget to bring camara there ! And best Time to visit and enjoy waterfall at this place is monsoon ! ! !

its a complete adventure trip, must visit atleast once in monsoon.

I am still in awe of this place. There are only positive things that I can think about it:
1) Most recommended if you want to feel the natural environment.
2) In monsoon it becomes crowded(however, Waterfall is only active during that season), so personally I won't prefer that time. Ideal during winter though.
3) There are few hills which I rackon, can be used for tracking and climbing. I'm already planning for that.
4) It gives u a really good forest vibe. So prefer to go in the group of max 6 people. More than that and you will end up making unnecessary noise.
5) please preserve this place by not ruining it with humanly filthy activities. Remember, you are in forest, so act as a part of it.

Best site of Pavagadh to enjoy nature during monsoon and after monsoon. The trekking route is of 3 km appx. A beautiful waterfall is near temple. However during monsoon it is active but little dangerous as the landslide probability is high during monsoon at destination
But enroute so many small falls are there on spring route which can be enjoyed.

Decent place with good atmosphere, patal lake is beautiful. One can spend 2-3 hrs enjoying the Morning breezes, later its good to climb about 150-200 mtrs.

It's like adventure... Plz don't go with older age persons to hills. It's heaven for youngsters.. Go & chill.. But be careful all the time. 👍✌🙏

A lovely beautiful art by nature. Place where you can relax and enjoy the mother nature. Best time to visit is monsoon as waterfall will be there. Walking through rocks, forest, trees, terrains, river, a nice adventure you can say. If you are photoholic then this is the place for you. If you are adventourus then this is the place for you. It's always feels good in the lap of Mother Nature.

The only pleasant and adventurous place near vadodara.. It is a seasonal waterfall so visit it only in monsoon and check weather forecast a day before...it will be cherry on the cake if it rained a day before..

3km to temple and 1km =temple to water fall

Waterfall evolves during monsoon, a must to visit place near Vadodara, a little bit of trekking requires to reach the waterfall.

Do plan your trip on Saturdays.

Beautiful place to visit. Nice jungle track. I was actually late to go. So I have just visited patal lake which is little bit dry now and places around it. I think this place would be excellent to visit in rain season.

Khuniya Mahadev waterfall is located inside Pavagadh hills, behind the temple of Lord Mahadev(shiva). This place is famous for it's spectacular Nature and marvelous waterfall. Mostly people like to visit this place in monsoon.
