Staying in crystal Cove was the best choice I have ever made.Remarkable and will ever remember the pleasant stay there. The ambience of the hotel was elegant and elite. Highly satisfied with the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and restrooms. All the staff were very friendly especially I would like to highly appreciate the reception manager Jennifer because she made me feel at home , I felt like I was staying in my daughter's house ,her approach and hospitality towards each one of them was so kind and etiquette . Complimentary breakfast was tasty and nutritious.on the whole this hotel has a positive vibe in every aspect .I would surely recommend it to my friends. Thank you for the hospitality.

This place is very good to stay near to elephant camps, boating and all other activities. In between city. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Dinning was also good and same like outside food. Breakfast was delicious and clean. Got full vibes in hotel.

Very nice. Neat & tidy rooms, well maintained. Breakfast buffet spread was so good , though there was only limited items available.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. All staff's were really cooperative and helpful especially Mrs Jennifer who took care of entire hotel stay process in excellent manner. Front office staff's and restaurant staff's were really responsive and helpful at room service and food served was delicious.
Overall experience was excellent and would definitely book this hotel for next time.

Great hotel, great location. Fantastic room felt welcomed. The room was nice and tidy. We slept like kings.
Jennifer in the reception gave excellent, help and advice to what to see and eat.

Stayed for 1 day. Booked thru direct phone call and the receptionist helped me with the booking. She was polite and clear. Paid 3000Rs for STYLE KING room. Great interiors, roof terrace and restaurant. Its a 2 yr new hotel and everything looks neat and clean. Mr.Renjith
recieved us at front desk and was such a down to earth person. Really appreciate his hospitality and approach towards customer. Overall it deserves a 5 star. Also this hotel is located in the prime location. Will surely visit next time too..

Good place to stay.. Trio was planned in late minute and the support from Jennifer helped us to plan more easily and comfortably.. Rooms are clean and we'll maintained.. King suite suite was more spacious... Kids friendly place..

Excellent location on main road - walking distance to everything you need. Very clean and well-run hotel. Spacious room. Great food in their restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my family for one day. Three thinks really I will appreciate in this hotel.
1. It was surprising to see the staff in the front dest , Ms. Jenifer, welcomed us by coming to the entrance and she came to third floor to our room with us to allocate us the room. At the time of checkout , she helped us to handle our heavy baggage, she asked us about our further mode of travel, such a kind of care and assistance is really rare and appreciable.
2. I suggest you to spend some time at lift corridor near front desk. You will definitely take photos with your family near 3 buddhas , a beautiful showcase and clock wall consist of times of many countries. I took photos. They are rare.
3. Food served to me was awesome. Especially bamboo biryani and Kerala biryani was very nice. I must appreciate the cook.
Overall , our room was near and clean we enjoyed the stay

We can suggest others. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my license at front desk while giving ID proof and had been to Alleppy. We informed to help. They arranged by courier to Hyderabad my residence . It was great help
