We had a great stay here! We stayed in the recently renovated biggest suite with a jacuzzi and large terrace view--it was lovely and a great price compared to other hotels with the same type of room in Positano. The view is beautiful (not the best in Positano but it is still very memorable and gorgeous). The service was incredible! They normally bring breakfast from 7:30 onwards, but we had a couple of early mornings and they graciously accommodated us--even without us having to ask. They truly care about each guest, and my husband and I are were really touched by their kindness. The only negative is that it is at the very top of the Positano hill, so you have to walk up and down several hundred stairs to get to the main areas--including the beach and major restaurants. However, because it is off the main road, you can walk the road instead. Overall, 5/5 stay and we would highly recommend. We hope to be back ourselves!

Good hotel, nothing super-fancy, yet, all necessary amenities and services are there, including 24h front desk. Friendly service all the way through. It can be a little loud in the morning from the floors above, so get your earplugs. Parking is expensive, but it's way more convenient than dropping off your car somewhere else. Hotel is on the one-way street, it helps during traffic. Walk to the port and beach can be challenging during hot weather.

Stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon and it was a great experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast in our room every morning. The location is great for the bus that takes you to main square and there are many cute restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with asking questions and recommendations.
The younger staff even helped me with coordinating my proposal on the balcony of our hotel room (that’s how great the view was!).
The rooms are small, but very clean and well kept and were re-made everyday. The balcony and view was the highlight, especially enjoying the room service breakfast every morning on the balcony.
The location was perfect from our perspective, not too high up that you had to hike up a lot of stairs but high enough for spectacular views. 10 min walk down to the main beach / pier.

Had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. The staff were amazing, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Would 100% return, absolutely loved it.

The staff was very kind, the rooms immaculate, the view from our balcony was stunning. Also very acceptable prices for room service. They bring you the breakfast in the morning to your room. Totally recommend.

Perfect location, the view from the room is breathtaking and the staff is so friendly and attentive!!
There's also a parking space, which is really useful as there are not many parking in the city and it's easier to move around by walk, we just left the car there during our staying.

We arrived late after 9:30pm and Lucia was very accommodating, friendly and made us feel so welcome. It was just a 5 minute walk down the street from the Positano Chiesa Nuova bus stop.

Our suite had a huge balcony that looked just like the pictures featured on booking.com and I couldn't be more pleased. Two French doors open to let in the breeze and we had a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea below. The offer some food items and a buffet in the morning for a small price. Loved this place, will definitely come back again.

Yes it was a little walk down to the water and the steep walk back seemed longer, but I think it a small sacrifice for the view.

This Hotel is amazing, the rooms are immaculate clean and beautiful and the balcony is beautiful view so you won't be disappointed. The breakfast is amazing and the people are so friendly especially Monica!

Great location! Cleanliness is second to none, very friendly staff always there to greet you with a smile. The views from the rooms is amazing.

This place is gorgeous. It's quaint and cut into the hillside. Next to everything you may want or need. Not exactly easy to get to but that is Positano. You have a market and a park for the kids and it is only a five minute walk down, down, down to the beach and the dock. IT IS MAGICAL. Make sure to get some seafood and some fried lemon leaves... trust me.
