Visited this restaurant for dinner. We asked our hotel staff to make a reservation for us and it made us easy to access.

The food was fantastic. We loved seafood Risotto. A guy played the guitar and it was great.
If we could see outside more, it would be mush better.

The gnocchi was excellent. We had the seafood appetizer plate, which had too much raw fish & octopus for our liking, but still had excellent flavor. The dessert was good, not great. Service was relaxed but friendly. I’d give 4.5 stars overall if I could.

We came to Mediterraneo in October with reservations and got a nice table inside but still by the windows so we could enjoy the ambiance. The restaurant was busy and there was a live musician who was very good. Our servers were friendly and hard working. We ordered a lot of seafood and it was all wonderful. I was told afterwards the chef was watching and appreciated how much we enjoyed all the dishes. He even got the attention of one of the servers to bring me a fork when he forgot to bring me one. This was a wonderful experience for my wife and I during our last night in the town.

Amazing food, service and restaurant ! Staff are super friendly and you are guaranteed to always have an exceptional meal and a great time ! Highly recommended !!

The cuisine, atmosphere, and service were perfectly splendid. Opt for outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean vistas, the gentle sea breeze, and the fascinating passersby.

Why does this restaurant not have more reviews? The lobster pasta was absolutely to die for complimented by a lovely chilled glass of white wine. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect along the coast of Positano with relaxing music playing in the background to add to the beautiful scenic views.

Such a welcoming place with great food. The fish is very fresh and everything thing just tasted like it was made with passion. Also hands down best tiramisu I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot, is here!

We ordered Rigatoni al Ragu Napoletano and it was delicious. You can tell that pasta and sauce was homemade and so fresh. It was a blend of different meat which made it so unique. Definitely will come back here again

Absolutely incredible!! Amazing food (the sea bass with the black and white pasta was our favorite meal of our whole Italy trip!), wonderful service, relaxed atmosphere on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the ocean, what’s not to love!!

Absolutely amazing! The service and food were incredible. We came around 7:45 pm without reservation and were seated without a problem. There is also a cute kitty that visits but does not intrude or get near your table/food. The lemon cake is absolute must! My favorite dessert of my entire 10 night trip in Italy. Away from the busy main beach which is a major plus.

A bit further up the road in Positano, but so worth it. A cute place with friendly staff. Every single dish was fantastic with deep, delicious flavours. The Scialatelli seafood pasta was particularly amazing!

We ate here two nights in a row whilst we were in Positano cause it was actually so good!! Yes, it’s Positano prices but much more reasonable than the majority of others and way better quality and taste. They also made our little kid feel very welcome which we loved

My husband and I went twice to Mediterraneo. Food are tasty, great portion and great service, friendly people. Not far from the centre of Positano. Nice walk with great views. Will definitely eat here again when we get back.

This place was great. The servers were all awesome and personable. The food was delicious. It was our first dinner in Positano and we absolutely loved it.

Wonderful dining experience at Mediterraneo! My husband and I loved their food so much we went all 3 nights we stayed in Positano. Wonderful, friendly service with live music on Monday night - such a fun and wonderful environment! The food was all delicious, and some of the best seafood we had while in Italy. I would recommend the gnocchi and sea bass!

Amazing restaurant! Amazing staff, great atmosphere.
Personally ate the seafood risotto which had a very generous amount of everything! Literally a small mound of seafood and rice.
The restaurant also had a musician which sang and played live music which was delightful.
Highly recommended of you visit positano.

Loved it so much the first night, we went back. Away from the busy part of downtown Positano, Mediterraneo offered amazing pasta, seafood, and appetizers for a reasonable price and great portions. Local wine was extremely affordable with great service. 10/10 would recommend 😎

The food tasted heavenly, drinks were great and the service was outstanding!! We will be back. This place is the best.
