Visited for dinner with a couple of friends from the area. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is very polite. Many different options from the territory to try.
I would recommend absolutely everything we ate and I will definitely visit again!

We came here on two separate evenings and really enjoyed it. Max and the team provide excellent service.

Their bread (includes focaccia) was the best one we had tried during our trip. The fusiolloni ragu, bread soup and octopus were delicious and would highly recommended. Everything else also tasted nice; as a pistachio fan, the pistachio mousse was not very pistachio forward (tasted more like a white chocolate mousse)

Had an amazing meal here! Started with delicious codfish, followed by a flavorful monkfish main course. Ended with tiramisu. The portions are small but friendly service added to the great experience. Highly recommended!

This restaurant, without exaggeration, is of a Michelin star caliber. Max in the front coordinating great service, Chef Antonio in the kitchen producing some of the best food we had anywhere in Italy!

We thoroughly enjoyed two appetizers and two entrees: Tartare with pickled veggies, Roasted squid with a carrot and ginger emulsion, Pork medallions with celeriac puree (the most tender pork we have ever had), and Paccheti with yellow tomatoes and mussels.

If I could give this fantastic restaurant six stars, I would.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The cauliflower starter was beautifully presented with tasty flavors and we all loved the pork meal with fennel. So tender and flavorful. One of our favorite memories of our Italy trip was seeing the streets of this small town with the authenticity of a typical weekend night for the locals. Great experience all around!

The menu was incredible and the service fantastic. From all local restaurants we visit on our tour of the zone this was the top in all senses. We were two couples and try 4 different options from the menu and all of them were outstanding and hard to decide which was the best.

OH MY! Such excellent dishes, smiling pleasant personnel, nice wine. All you wish for in a restaurant and more! This place was a hidden gem for us. Once more hats down to the talented chef! If you want to have a dinner you will not forget because it was so delicious AntoniMax is the place to go. We will definitely come next time we visit Tuscany.

We absolutely LOVED AntoniMax. Max, the owner is extremely passionate and pleasant to chat to. The service was great and we felt cared for. The chef Antonio has a fantastic palate that produces beautifully balanced dishes. We loved this gem.

This place should only have 5 stars. Cracking flavours, meats cooked to perfection (we're quite hard to please)...the host knew his wines and the waitress was very friendly. The place was full on a Saturday in March, packed with locals...always a very good sign!! We'll be back :)

We have eaten here many times when we visit Tuscany. We are so so happy to have found this place it really is the top restaurant in the area. We always take our guests and they always love it too.
The food is fantastic, beautifully cooked and presented. The recipes are more innovative than the norm. It is worth saving room for dessert. They’ve got a wonderful selection of local wines too.
The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful. They do speak English (the menu is also included in English).
I recommend a reservation.

delicious food, pecorino souffle was fantastic. Max speaks very good english. menu is not too wide but offers good variety of dishes. wine was great match, the home made amaro had a chinotto flavour. well done.

We went to Antonimax on the last night of our time in Borgo San Felice while we were on our honeymoon. If only we knew about this place the first night, we would have gone back again before we left town. This was a cute restaurant that had a diverse menu that felt different than the other meals we had during our stay. As we perused the menu, Max (the co-owner) came over to offer his recommendations and made sure the wine we ordered with dinner paired well with the meal. You could tell that he took pride in the menu and the service as he spoke with passion and made an extra effort to make us feel welcome. Each dish was better than the next (highly recommend the pici pasta and the beef which was so tender). One of our favorite meals on the entire trip!

An absolutely amazing place. We booked via whatsapp prior to arriving in Tuscany and max responded extremely quickly to confirm (not that we would expect this). We had a lunch booking for 6. Our family of 4 and my parents. The staff where very attentive and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We asked for recommendations for wine and couldnt be happier. Fantastic food for a reasonable price... fantastic atmosphere.... a memory we will treasure.
