El Resole'

I recently visited El Resole’ and ordered their hamburger, and it was absolutely delightful! The burger was cooked to perfection, with juicy patties and fresh toppings that made each bite incredibly satisfying. What truly stood out though was the atmosphere of the restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, with warm lighting and cozy seating arrangements that made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place. I highly recommend El Resole’ for anyone looking for delicious food served in a welcoming atmosphere.

We'd booked El Resole anyway and they our ski instructor said it was the best pizza in the Val di Fassa, and he wasn't lying! Fab, great pizza, wine list, deserts and atmosphere. We are booked to go back

Lovely food and atmosphere. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Alba. Extensive menu, every meal was as delicious as the last. Make sure to book ahead as it's popular!

From all the places i tryed in the Dolomites this one is certainly the BEST! Everything is tasty, the ambient is nice, service is quick and friendly & the prices are decent... I enjoyed my Pizza 🍕 with 🦃 Trufel & tge Burger 🍔 the oder night... 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Comfortable place with great food, we ordered goulash soup, pasta & salad, anything was fresh and tasty.

Amazing place with great service, very kind staff and English speaking (which is rare in Italy). Eaten here on a previous trip and is my go-to place in my current stay, too. Wine selection is great, so is the food. Beef is brilliant (and they changed it instantly when it was overcooked, pizza is as you'd expect, great, also. If in Alba, look no further.

We have been there 4 times in a row around 7pm, we were lucky to get in, tables were mostly reserved earlier. Very agile staff, well organized, good service and of course whatever we ordered it was delicious. We were 3 weeks in Italy and this restarurant was the best.
