Villa Lina

What a stunning stay! Prime location and wonderful hosts. Lina and Alessandro were so kind and welcoming, giving us recommendations and helping us with all our (many) questions. The decor and details were so charming. Lots of restaurants and famous villas close by, with various activities (motorboat, horseback, cooking classes, and more) that the hosts can assist you with. Also such a comfy bed! Would 100% come back!

Villa Lina is a dream. The villa and grounds are gorgeous, and the interior is impeccably designed. Lina and her husband Alessandro are warm, helpful hosts—quick to provide great recommendations. This is a gem, highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay in Spring 2023. Alessandro and Lina are amazing welcoming hosts, and the facilities are great. The room was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was always top notch. The location is very practical, being close to many sightseeing spots and close to the ferry for easy access to all other cities.

Our stay at Villa Lina was an absolute pleasure. Lina and Alessandro were so welcoming, accommodating and lovely. They provided us lots of recommendations for both the local area and Milan, which were most appreciated!
The rooms themselves are very well appointed, spotlessly clean, and everything is of very high quality. The shower especially is a step above most other European showers we've tried. The bed and linen wad super comfortable too. The grounds are immaculately kept, and there are multiple spots to sit and enjoy the lovely views of the lake.
If you're considering a visit to Lake Como, don't hesitate to stay here!

My partner and I spent 4 dreamy nights at Villa Lina. Lina and Alessandro were such wonderful hosts. They made us feel very welcome, helped us with bookings and gave us so many lovely recommendations for the area. The villa has been impeccably renovated and has a really stylish and relaxing decor. Waking up to the stunning lake view and eating a beautiful breakfast out on the terrace each morning made this stay a really unforgettable experience. Grazie mille Lina e Alessandro!

Beautiful place, wonderful hosts. We recently stayed here, the scenery is amazing, the property is clean and lovely. WiFi works great, walking distance to restaurants. Lina and her husband makes you feel at home with their kind hospitality. I would definitely stay with Villa Lina again

Myself and my fiancé came to Villa Lina for my birthday and we were completely blown away by the kindness, generosity and warmth from Lina and Ale. They literally couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel like part of the family.

The Villa itself is stunning and perfectly positioned in a beauty spot by the water. The rooms are clean, elegant and everything you’d want from an Italian retreat.

Lina and Ales also own a boat and a plane , so if you want to do a tour of Lake Como by sea or air, they’ve got it covered. We opted for a great boat ride, where they gave us some interesting history on the area.

We’d highly recommend this Villa and we’ll definitely be back!!

Villa Lina exceeds all expectations. Owned and operated by a wonderful, retired couple from Milan. The property was recently renovated and opened in April 2022. There are only three bedrooms. The owner worked at Prada and you can tell when you experience the customer service and see the interior design. The rooms are modern, bright, airy, and NEW!!! The villa is not on the lakeside but across the street in a gated area with plenty of parking, spectacular views, and quiet from all the traffic. But if you want to go into town to visit restaurants or visit some of the famous villas, you can easily do so. Breakfast is fresh and light. This place should be charging much more for what you get. The value is above and beyond. Nothing does it justice until you see it.

Villa Lina is a true gem. Alessandro and Lina are incredible hosts with endless knowledge and recommendations of the area. The recently updated B&B is on a hill and shares an entrance with an apartment building facing Lake Como. Alessandro and Lina just opened Villa Lina in April of this year!

Villa Lina has three rooms, all with views of the water. Alessandro and Lina furnish you with gate keys, house keys, and room keys when you check in and you get to walk through a beautiful front garden. They offer a delicious breakfast facing the stunning waters of the Lago in the mornings starting at 9 AM.

The rooms are modern with great A/C as we went during the summer. Great water pressure in the shower as well! The home is also beautifully appointed and cozy. There's also a hot tub in the back!

Additionally, Villa Lina offers car transfers from Milan (~1.5 hours by car). We took Alessandro up on driving to and from Tremezzo. We also opted in to an excursion that Villa Lina offers - Alessandro took 6 of us for 2 hours on his boat on the Lake. The boat is right on the water, across the road. Highly recommend!

Villa Lina is two doors down from Villa Sola Cabiati, and a ten minute walk away from the Grand Tremezzo Hotel. Alessandro and Lina are thoughtful and considerate and I took them up on helping me to make reservations at a restaurant nearby. Thank you, Lina! Thank you, Alessandro! We appreciate your warm hospitality!

Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,geben euch tipps für unternehmungen im ort. Zimmer sehr sauber, einfach der standort ruhig der park sehr schön mit tollem blick auf dem see. Frühstück grosse auswahl.Hierher kommen wir wieder sehr gern.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Lina et Alessandro, et nous sommes très satisfaits du service et des prestations. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et accueillants. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et de délicatesse.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et fait avec des produits locaux. Et la vue sur le lac est une merveille.
Nous pourrions y retourner mille fois si nous en avions la possibilité. ☺

Una experiencia inolvidable en Villa Lina. La Villa, los jardines, las habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas pero lo mejor Ale y Lina que son unos anfitriones increibles tratando de hacer tu estancia siempre agradable. No tenemos dudas de que volveremos a vermos.
