Hotel Bazzoni

Just left after a wonderful 6 night holiday stay at Hotel Bazzoni . Very scenic location on waterfront with excellent views of Lake Como from our Balcony room on level 5. Restaurant and bar Staff were attentive and helpful with any special dietary requirements. I will name Frank and Maria for their due diligence in this regard but found all the team especially at breakfast times. To help guide any visitors I would recommend this hotel . There are minor caveats that one may need to take into account namely -it is only accessible by bus or ferry to various surrounding locations such as Como town if you visit without your own transport. The lift to higher floors accommodates only 3 people without luggage . Our room had an adequate sized bathroom but a small shower cubicle with “limited access”. A semicircular sliding door type cubicle may help other guests which are still thinking of loosing some ounces at a later date. Shelf for toiletries in the shower cubicles may also be useful for guests with limited mobility and agility. Also , a little more variety in the all inclusive menus may be appreciated by guests who intend to stay all inclusive and stay over for more than a few days. Please keep up the cleanliness and good bar service.

What really makes this hotel is the wonderful staff. Especially the restaurant staff. Big shout out to Maila, who always has a smile on her face, Joel and Fran who are amazing waiters, who can't do enough for you. And the lovely Rodrigo in the kitchen who never stops smiling.
The location is amazing, right by the lake and the ferry over to Como Town and Bellagio is just outside.

Fabulous holiday at Hotel Bazzoni! Amazing location with stunning views of Lake Como. Food was excellent with so much choice at breakfast and 4 course dinners! Dining room terrace offered same stunning views and staff were helpful and friendly! I would certainly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future! I think if we were to return, I would upgrade to a balcony room though.

Holiday hotel. Great food, very friendly staff. We had requested a disabled person-friendly room if possible. Obviously none free so bathroom was awkward as no grab handles to enable my husband to use shower.

Wonderful holiday with friends. The hotel was in a fantastic position with amazing views from the balcony of Lake Como. Amazing access right outside the hotel by bus or boat to all areas. The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay special. The food in the hotels restaurant N26 was superb and the staff worked so hard to make every meal perfect. Thank you so much....I will be back again soon 🤗

We just ate in hotel' restaurant. Pasta is excellent and service also.

Good hotel staff excellent and also good looks out on lake Como worth a visit

Perfect little hotel right on the edge of Lake Como.... The balcony rooms have a simply stunning view of the lake.

The rooms are reasonable size.

There is a small convenience store about 30 metres from the hotel for picking up some snacks and drinks etc.

The ferry port for Tremezzo is literally across the street, about 30 seconds from the hotel.

There are bus stops also very close to the hotel.

Staff are very friendly.

This hotel is excellent value for money.

best choice of hotel, the view is brilliant and the staff were so lovely, very helpful and kind. would definitely recommend and i’d stay here again. the location is great aswell , the area is nice and quiet and you can easily get a boat to the other towns. again the staff were so lovely.

Staff are excellent. Lucia and Victoria are the best bar staff ever.

Stayed for one night. My boyfriend and I had a great time. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful. The roof terrace and Brazilian night were the best part! All you can eat and it was great! The location is amazing! Opposite the boat stop so easy to check out other places too. The rooms were good and most importantly they were clean. No private parking but if you ask reception they tell you where it’s possible to park so we had no issues with that either.

We got a lovely room with a balcony view over the lake - which is fabulous.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the meals are quite nice too.

One of the hotel staff, Bruno, was really kind.
When we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, my friend accidentally dropped her passport in front of the hotel building.
Luckily, there was Bruno who always checked the area around the hotel.
He found the passport and then gave it to us directly.

The bedroom was very large the bed was comfy, the shower was so good. The staff worked very hard and did everything that you required. The view from the dinning room was perfect so nice watching the boats on the lake while you are having food. I would recommend this hotel.

The best views from a hotel I have ever experienced. The room was modern and clean and the breakfast had made-to-order items as well as fresh coffee made on the spot. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 3 nights and had the most amazing time. The location is excellent and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They supplied a really friendly transfer service to and from the airport aswell!

For a 3 star hotel I thought it was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was not perfect but for the price and all the things offered it was definitely worth it. You not only get to use the facilities at this hotel but also at it's sister hotel which adds to the value. Could improve on information offered about some of the facilities but overall very positive. We had one of the smaller rooms but it was clean, modern and had a spacious bathroom. If you want beach towels or an extra room key, you need to pay, but I think that is fair enough.

Lovely hotel. No tea making facilities in room. Some rooms are small for 2 people. Quite area but can be woken early in mornings by the noise of ferries docking and leaving.
