Words cannot describe how incredible Villa Magia is! We had our wedding & stayed here and it was truly magical. All of the staff are so lovely and beyond helpful. They treated us like we were royalty. The service was absolutely perfect. Beautiful pools, delicious food, stunning room with an amazing view! We would love to stay here again one day ❤

During my first-ever visit to Positano my experience was elevated to a whole new level by the exceptional hospitality and impeccable services provided by Hotel Magia. From the moment I set foot in this hotel, I was greeted with warmth and a level of personal care that truly exceeded my expectations. The view was spectacular, love our room. The whole trip I did not want to move from my balcony. The breakfast was amazing.

As a wedding photographer, this is by far the most gorgeous location I have ever photographed. Villa Magia is incredible. The rooms are gorgeous, everyone was so nice and helpful, and the view are spectacular. If you are considering getting married here, I highly recommend it!

Slice of Heaven! We extended our stay so had 2 different rooms and both were incredible w the sea views. Food was amazing. Staff amazing and so helpful. This is one of the best places I have EVER stayed. Rafael was great. Everyone was. I can't say enough about this place. If I visit again this will def be the place I stay

Villa Magia was the absolute best hotel experience. Everything was perfect. We booked the family suite for my husband, myself and our two adult daughters for five days in June. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. Housekeeping is also top notch. Full Breakfast is included and is served at the time and place you desire. We so looked forward to our breakfast as our server greeted us warmly every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping cocktails by the pool on the hot days. Luna Restaurant served us one of our best meals in Italy. And it definitely had the best view. We also booked a half day boat tour to Capri and had a delightful time. Every single staff we encountered was outstanding. Highly recommend!!

We didn’t stay here, but used their boat rental service “Magia Boats” for a sunset cruise and had a fantastic experience. Pierluigi took care of anything we could possibly need, and took us on the most beautiful experience our entire trip on the Amalfi coast. They were so kind and friendly, truly making you feel like family. Could not recommend the charter boat service highly enough, it is 100% worth the splurge.

One of my favorite hotel experiences.
First, Luca held our reservation for 2 years due to Covid and was very helpful with our inquiries. I am happy to say we finally made it to Villa Magia!

We arrived at the hotel rather early and were greeted by the wonderful staff, all of whom helped with our luggage and promptly offered my boyfriend and I water and coffee. Everyone at the front desk was warm and welcoming and took care of any requests we had (dinner reservations, ferry tickets, car service back to Naples, etc.). We are also given an iPhone during our stay to communicate with the front desk.

Our room was gorgeous and spacious, the air conditioning worked great, and we had a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountainside. Breakfast can also be brought to your room by request. There is also a common area lounge deck and pool, very serene.

Our first night we ate at the hotel restaurant called Luna. The food, drinks, and service were all superb, one of my favorite meals in Italy.

In summary, our stay at this hotel was a world class experience and I highly recommend for accommodations or dinner when visiting Positano. We hope to return one day!

Without doubt one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The people here are all happy, keen to go above and beyond and done in a way that feels authentic. Which a lot of the expensive places get completely wrong. The views are incredible and the communication and support is 10/10. We will 100% be back and be recommending to anyone that heads to the amalfi! Brilliant hotel.

I can hardly put into words how much we enjoyed our 7-day honeymoon stay at Villa Magia! Everything was absolutely perfect and the staff made our stay even more pleasant because of how wonderful they all are. Before we ever arrived in Italy, Luca and the entire team were more than helpful in assisting us with pre-booking a day out on the boat touring the Coast, an amazing couples massage, multiple dinner reservations, and transfers throughout. From the time we arrived, we automatically felt welcomed and at home. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful and it truly feels like heaven on earth.
The Villa is in a great location to nearby restaurants and a short walk to the beach and downtown area via stairs. The stairs going back up to the villa would likely pose a problem to those with mobility issues, however, we did not have a problem with them multiple times a day. The Villa has a wonderful porter service to help with luggage and whatnot if needed. We loved the location of Villa Magia, as it provided a level of quiet you don't find closer to the beach and center, but was still a very walkable distance from anything you could want. It also afforded amazing views being that it sat above the hustle and bustle!
Each day the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything we could need was in place. Jada and Sal, along with everyone else we met, were so kind and helpful. Having the phone where we could contact the concierge at any time was incredible and made for such easy requests if we needed anything at all.
The Villa Magia staff arranged a boat tour along the Amalfi Coast and we had the time of our lives out at sea while Vincenzo so eloquently explained all of the coastal towns to us. This was by far our favorite activity we did on our 2-week honeymoon and I would recommend the private boat day to anyone! It was unbelievable to see the Coast from the water and we had a blast touring the little grottos, coves, and caves while on our excursion.
We had a couples massage at the Villa and it was quite possibly the best massage I've ever had in my life! It helped to work out all of the kinks we got from the Positano stairs and was definitely a must-do! My husband and I both wish that we had booked a second before we went home.
Everything from the food to the drinks, the property, and grounds, to the heated swimming pool, our fantastic room and massive two-story terrace, was so serene and picturesque. The sole request that I would have is for a larger late-night menu. Being on a different sleep schedule, it would've been nice to have a menu to order from in the evening once the restaurant has closed. We will absolutely visit Villa Magia again in the future and I already can't wait for that day! I am still daydreaming about a Caprese and Aperol spritz on the panoramic terrace.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel! The location, the rooms, the staff, the food - all top notch. Spent 6 nights here and loved every minute. I think what really sets this place apart is the people that work here. They care so much about making the guest experience wonderful. It's very apparent that leadership has empowered the employees to really take care of their guests. The hotel took care of booking every experience we wanted to have on the Amalfi Coast (cooking class, private boat tour, massages, tour of Pompeii - I recommend all of these experiences). They even called our hotel in Rome (stayed there 1 night before flying out of FCO) to make sure we would be able to get a COVID test before flying back to the U.S. I have to say thank you for a memorable experience and I can guarantee that we will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed every moment at this villa! I did a lot of research before booking and so glad I came across this gem. Months before even arriving, they helped me with so many things and were also quick to respond to my emails. We stayed in two different rooms and both were fabulous. The views amazing. The food was also Soo delicious. I highly recommended trying dinner there as well as the breakfast. Can’t beat the amazing views of the city and the sea. All so beautiful. The staff was very kind and super accommodating. I can’t wait to go back! If you have time, I definitely recommend booking a yacht through them to tour the coast- it was well worth it. Vincenzo, our captain was awesome! What an amazing place to stay!

If you are looking for top notch service and an amazing view, search no further than Villa Magia. Before the pandemic, my family and I meticulously combed through the reviews at all of the top hotels in Positano. Villa Magia stood out as one of the few establishments that was reasonably priced, offered stunning views, and had exemplary service. We originally booked our vacation for June of 2020, however Covid changed our plans. The hotel graciously offered us a voucher that exceeded the time limits required by law, and in June of 2021 we took advantage of that voucher.

When we arrived at the hotel, our expectations were not only met, but were far exceeded. The views were stunning. No pictures could do it justice. We had been travelling all day, so the staff kindly set up a late dinner for us, and it was beyond impressive.

The room: We booked a two bedroom suite with a terrace. The view from that terrace was breathtaking. The main bedroom even came with a huge bath tub that easily fit two people.

The location: The hotel is located above the main beach, hence the stunning views. To get to the main drag, one can descend around 150 stairs, or go up a few flights of stairs and get a taxi or bus. The bus stop is conveniently located to the property.

The staff: The best part of the hotel was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to provide us with exquisite service. One example, out of many, is the following:

When we originally booked this trip in 2020 my father was not coming due to a conflict, however, after the trip was rescheduled, he was able to make it. The problem, unfortunately, was that he could not handle all the stairs in Positano due to his age, an out of season heat wave, and the fact that the cliffs of Santorini had taken a significant toll on his feet and stamina the week before. Unfortunately for us, there are a few flights of stairs involved every time one wants to leave, and in the case of our two bedroom suite, even when one wants to go to the pool or dinner. While this shouldn't be a problem for most people, his age, the weather, and his foot ailments prevented him from enjoying the property and the town. When the staff was made aware of the situation they immediately jumped into action and offered several options to help us out. They ended up changing our rooms to a location that was much better suited for a person who has difficulty walking, and entirely changed our experience in Positano. My family will be eternally grateful to the staff at Villa Magia for ensuring that we were able to enjoy ourselves as a family, and make great memories.

Anyone who wants to come to Positano and stay somewhere with great views, great food, and even better people, should seriously consider Villa Magia. You will not regret it.

İt was a fantastic stay in every way. The hotel had a wonderful design, a very large and beautiful room, a spectacular view of the sea and Positano. Also the wonderful and helpful staff that helped us in every way like finding a computer for my son for an urgent case for his study. Of course I have to say that the breakfast was so unforgettable accompanying the fantastic view. Dont hasitate to stay at this hotel.

Our stay at Villa Magia was one we will remember for years to come! From the beautiful views on our terrace, to the careful attention to detail, to the attentiveness of Marilú and the staff—everything was quite simply, perfect. Making the arrangements from the U.S. was also a breeze as they were responsive and easy to communicate with. This continued upon our arrival. We were given a cell phone with their WhatsApp to communicate with them during our stay and always felt like we were in good hands (We ordered breakfast and room service that way and could request a taxi or massage—whatever we needed to— they were readily available to help 24/7). If you’re looking for a place to get away, this is it! I whole heartedly recommend them.

My husband and I came to Luna, the restaurant at this hotel for dinner. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Valentina and the staff took such good care of us- probably the best service we received during our whole time in Positano! The stuffed calamari for the appetizer was really good and unique, the black squid ravioli was super delicious, and the Tiramisu was a like a big fluffy ferrero rocher ball- very tasty. Everyone we interacted with was super kind as well. I wasn’t feeling well when we first sat down and the waitstaff brought a platter of bread right away. Just when I thought customer service was dead in the world- we stumble upon this hotel and my faith is restored! If back in Positano, we would love to stay here. Bravo!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Villa Magia. This place deserves more than 5 stars for so many reasons. First, the service is impeccable. From the moment we arrived in Positano and one of the Villa's staff members met us at the top of the stairs and carried our luggage down to the villa for us until our last morning when the staff delivered us coffee to our room before our early departure, everything about your stay here feels personalized. The staff are so friendly and eager to help you in whatever way they can, whether it's providing dining recommendations, bringing you towels to the pool, serving you whatever you'd like for breakfast in your room every morning, and even creating a personalized meal for you. The staff make this place very special. The rooms are also great and 5 star quality. The rooms embrace the cultural elements of Positano while containing all of the modern amenities that you would expect out of a 5 star hotel, such as heated toilet seats, strong AC in the summer months, and ample space. We spent 4 night at Villa Magia during our recent trip to Italy. The first 3 nights we ate at restaurants in Positano per the recommendation of Sandra at the Villa. But on the final night of our stay, per the recommendation of other Villa guests that we met by the pool, we decided to dine at the Villa. Our dinner at the villa remains the highlight of our entire trip to Europe this summer. We had a private table for 4 overlooking the Mediterranean. Our server, Gabriel, provided the most personalized and professional service we could have dreamed of. The restaurant does not have a menu or wine list. We trusted all of his wine recommendations (which were delicious). The chef comes out in the beginning of the experience to showcase all of the fresh caught seafood and highlight different ways that he can prepare the food. There is no menu, they can make whatever you want. It is such a unique and beautiful dining experience. Another highlight of our trip was taking advantage of the Villa's private yacht with Captain Vincenzo. We spent 4 hours traveling from Positano to all around the island of Capri. Again, this entire experience felt personalized and professional and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the Villa. I truly have nothing but good things to say about Villa Magia and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Positano.

The staff was incredible and room number 8 was so beautiful. We were brought one of the best breakfasts and it was definitely a highlight of our three week long trip.

Our Stay here has been nothing short of spectacular. It's down or up a nice set of stairs but that's nice in that it balances out all the great pasta and food. The Chefs at Villa Magia have made great food every meal we have eaten here and have gotten any little special request we might have. The lady's at the lobby and Gabrielle have made us so happy. Always helping with all of our needs or wants. Our room, #7 garden suite, is amazing. We have a huge outdoor patio covered with lemon trees, orchids and a whole managery of foliage. They brought me a floor fan so our room is extra cool. The bathroom is a little on the small side. The location is private and away from all the hustle and bustle and yet an 8 minute walk and your down in the thick of everything.
We would come back every year if it was closer🥺.
