Il Crotto del Lago

Very much enjoyed the lunch. Nice place by the water, with a good menu, lots of seafood but also a delicious ravioli and very nice tiramisu. The first time we came to this place was 4 years ago, and it hasn't changed much.

We were lucky enough to get there at 11.59 and get a table without reservations - it was full by 1pm. Very nice staff, great wine recommandations, absolute perfect view, amazing antipasti (highly recommend the duck, polenta&truffles) as well as a perfect tiramisu. Prices absolutely honest for wines, entries, main course, dessert and coffee for everyone - go and treat yourself !

Best food, best service, best atmosphere, best view. You will be amazed by this beautiful and tasty restaurant. Prices are very reasonable too.

Incredible intimate and nice view of the lago and great food. They changed the menu and I miss some of the old items but the food is still great. Service is a bit slow but friendly.

Excellent place and priceless location. Never disappoints!

We arrived late Thursday at 21 o'clock and still got an excellent 2 course meal. Vegetable soup as a starter was stunning. Ravioli with autumn mushrooms was exquisite, my husband's tuna was grilled on all sides but red inside. Served with a mustard sauce and fried potato chips and fresh spinach. Also a heavenly taste. We stopped here by chance and will definitely return!

Good food with a view of the lake, and very warm service, and they also have a nice selection of beers, like this very nice belgian style dark beer!

Great Service and good choice of dishes. Good parking possibilities. The terrace offers a great view at Lago Lugano, so one can relax and enjoy the atmosphere and the sun while having good drinks and great food. The staff is very friendly and caring. We will be back soon. Mille grazie.

Very good restaurant with many tables directly at the lake. The owner also runs a store in Porlezza, very friendly and great food! Prices are very fair.
