Villa San Filippo Resort Dimora Storica

I cannot gush enough about how beautiful it was here. I could have stood at the window for hours to just enjoy the fresh air, birds and those spectacular sunsets. The food was very good, and all of the staff was polite and very attentive. I give this villa top billing!

We stayed at Villa San Filippo for a few days at the end of March to the beginning of April.
I am a very demanding person and the fact that I choose to quote as "excellent" my staying here is due to the fact that I found the place really excellent.
The place is superb, in the middle of the nature, very quiet and still only a minute or two from the road leading to all the beautiful places in Tuscany. Siena is less than 30 minutes away, so is San Gimignano. Voltera, Monteregioni and even Pisa (one hour and 20 minutes) are easy to reach.
We were two families (4 persons) and choose an apartment with two bedrooms everyone with en suite bath and a very large living room. And a large balcony (also the name of the apartment) with a superb view.
The beds were king size with orthopedic mattress (one of them even with electronic commanded vibro-massage!). The baths were very well equipped and functioning and a small kitchenette.
All of the rooms individually air-conditioned and working perfectly!
Plenty of accessories, extra pillows, covers, etc…
The people at the reception were extremely friendly and I want to thank again to Marcella for all the help she gave to us. From suggesting the trips, recommending delicious restaurants, to give us all the answers we need during our stay.

One single regret – our stay was not long enough to fully enjoy the facilities of the place. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful authentic place, welcoming staff, large rooms, swimming pool , parking. Located in central place to visit in Tuscany .

Everything at the Resort was fantastic. The staff were incredible, the food was great, the amenities were perfect, and the area was beautiful. I highly recommend this resort.

Lovely villa overlooking rolling Tuscan hills of olive trees and vineyards. Rooms are quaint.

Très belle résidence de vacances. Les chambres sont typiques d'une maison Toscane, il manque peut être un peu de vaisselle pour un bon séjour. La piscine est parfaite, l'accueil chaleureux, les responsables de l'hôtel très gentil, le petit déjeuner est parfait. La résidence est située à environ une trentaine de minutes de tout donc assez central.

Villa San Filippo in Toscana è un vero gioiello nascosto. Circondata da paesaggi mozzafiato, offre un'atmosfera di tranquillità e bellezza. Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, e lo staff è incredibilmente accogliente. La cucina è eccezionale, con piatti tradizionali toscani preparati con ingredienti freschi. Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi e immergersi nella meraviglia della campagna toscana.

Personale gentile cordiale. Posto meraviglioso panorama da mozzafiato. Un rifugio perfetto per passare non solo un fine settimana ma anche più giorni in buona compagnia e con un panorama emerso nella nature ,dove le colline coccola la vista con tanti olivi e cipressi

Nel cuore del Chianti una bellissima villa ristrutturata ,soggiornato per una notte ,stati molto bene .

Accueil souriant et à l'écoute.
Bâtiment magnifique, vue à couper le souffle.
Logement fonctionnel, coin cuisine très sommaire, il manque peut-être quelques ustensiles.
Emplacement idéal à 45 minutes de Florence et 30 minutes de Sienne.
Très calme, avec peut-être une soufflerie un peu bruyante.
Personnel discret, gérant adorable et très disponible.
Piscine très sympa mais attention aucun bassin en-dessous de 1,30 m.
Prix plutôt élevé.

Die Villa San Filippo ist ein schönes Gebäude, das in der malerischen Umgebung der Toskana liegt. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und haben die Aussicht von der Terrasse sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und schön. Highlight war neben der Panoramaaussicht von der Terrasse auch der Pool. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es war nicht möglich für die Liegen am Pool Unterlagen zu bekommen - daher war das Relaxen am Pool nicht ganz so bequem - wir haben's trotzdem überlebt ;-).
Leider hatte das Restaurant der Unterkunft zu. Wir haben aber ganz in der Nähe tolle andere Möglichkeiten gefunden, um die toskanische Küche zu genießen!

La Villa è molto molto bella, immersa nel verde. Si ha la sensazione di rigenerarsi ad ogni respiro profondo che si fa. Le camere sono confortevoli e molto comode. Il personale super gentile. La colazione buona ed abbondante. Mi piacerebbe un giorno ritornarci, magari senza bambini piccoli al seguito 😊

Che dire. Il posto è meraviglioso. Una vista stupenda e una tranquillità incomparabile. È veramente rilassante stare qui. Peraltro è vicino a tantissime winery per cui è possibile godere di un percorso enogastronomico toscano impagabile. Il gestore, il sig. Claudio, è persona squisitissima. Valentina e Silvia, con le quali ci siamo interfacciati spesso, sono simpaticissime. Se si fa un giro in Toscana tocca venire qui anche se solo per pochi giorni. Peccato che il Resort sia aperto solo nella stagione estiva. Sarebbe bellissimo venire qui durante l’inverno per godere del panorama incantato delle colline toscane in un periodo diverso dall’estate.

Abbiamo prenotato per caso ma è stato un caso fantastico che ci siamo incontrati! La location è fantastica.. Immersa nel verde.. A due passi da poggibonsi, Tavarnelle e molto vicino alla superstrada per raggiungere Siena e Firenze. La vista è incredibile.. La pace regna sovrana.. Le ragazze alla reception simpatiche e molto cordiali.. La colazione ottima e abbastanza variegata.. Le piscine molto belle e curate.. Insomma.. Uno spettacolo!! La spesa a camera veramente nella norma.. Anzi! Un affarone!! 😂😂

Una villa che vanta una posizione è un panorama meraviglioso. Stanze spaziose e pulite. Personale molto gentile e attento a soddisfare qualunque richiesta. Piscine che lasciano senza fiato. Colazione ricca e di qualità, torte fatte in casa buonissime.

Mi è piaciuto molto, il luogo, gli ambienti ben curati e le camere sono di grande metratura!! Le piscine sono ben curate come mi è piaciuta la colazione, MA come tutte le cose belle e buone il prezzo è elevato ma equilibrato con l'offerta.
