Great place overlooking on the lake.
Tranquil, well handled, great service a d excellent food.

We came to Lake Como for a friend's wedding & booked here for a week. Booking via email was easy. After a long day of traveling from Canada, airport, train & ferry transfers, we were met by the hotel shuttle at the ferry terminal to bring us & our luggage up the steep hill to the hotel. It was a spectacular view of the lake & mountains that surround Lake Como. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Its a 25min walk down to the lake where the lake ferry takes you to the various small towns on the lake & an hour walk back up....
Breakfast buffet is included in our stay. Dinner is also available & the meals are fresh & fabulous.
Great place to get away from the hustle & noise of the main road down by the lake. Sheep eat the grass on the hill side beside the hotel & provide a chuckle teo many as they sneak up to the fence by the pool & startle the guests. Watching the boats on the lake from up high or the clouds moving about passes the restful day.

A solid 3 star hotel. Hotel view and pool are perfectly situated. We stayed in rooms in side house with plenty of space for family of 4. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast in the morning has good choice of breads, fresh fruits, cheese, meats and cereals. Can enjoy eating while taking in very good view of lago como. Location is up a hill so the walk from lake to hotel is not for light of heart. Same side you are well located to hit the main sites in the area.

This is not a 5-star hotel, but I'm giving it five stars as a great 3-star hotel. Our room had wonderful views of Lake Como (pictured), with balconies on two sides of our corner room (number 26). The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The owner was very congenial and a polyglot; besides his native Italian, he was fluent in English and seemed to be in German also. We had the "half board" option which included breakfast and supper with the room. The food was very good, with a nice buffet for breakfast plus cooked-to-order eggs. Supper included a great salad bar, a nice first course (we had pastas both nights, with soup also an option), and a nice second course (veal chop the first night, local fish--pictured--the second night), and dessert. They also had a decent wine list with fair prices. The hotel sits on a hill above Lake Como, which made it nicely quiet. I'd gladly stay here again.

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff and location, we stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed every second of our time at the hotel. The hotel is perched above Tremezzo and has 270 degree views of Lake Como. There are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance and the hotel staff was super helpful in coordinating reservations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Lake Como area, looking for an authentic and relaxing stay!

What an amazing place with stunning view over Lake Como. Friends staff run by the family for many years. Swimming pool, tennis courts, indoor car parking en good food. Lovely 🥰

Great views, very friendly and accommodating staff. A real gem not far from villa Charlotta. Nice clean pool area. Traditional dining. Ample parking in underground facility.

Very nice visit. We went for dinner and the views from the terrace are unparalleled. The food and service we excellent. The menu is limited but it doesn't matter cause everything was delicious!

Wonderful people who made us feel completely at home. Views are stunning and if you choose to eat there too, the food is amazing. Would definitely recommend!
