Dievole Wine Resort

Overall, I cannot recommend this wine resort highly enough. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply seeking a peaceful retreat in the Tuscan countryside, this place has it all.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had breathtaking views of the vineyard. It was a delight to wake up to such a picturesque setting in the heart of Chianti Classico.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were introduced to their exceptional olive oil at the bar. It was so delicious that we couldn't resist purchasing their tasting set with five 250ml bottles to take home with us.

Another highlight was the wine tasting and tour of the premises. It was very informative and enjoyable. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I look forward to returning soon for another unforgettable experience.

A slice of heaven in one of the most beautiful regions in the world.

We stayed at Dievole for three nights. Our room, the food, and the service were spectacular. The staff: Gelda, Dennis, and Antonio, went above and beyond. They had a smile on their face and did not think twice when we asked for anything. They are true professionals and are a big part of what makes this winery one of a kind.

We are looking forward to our next trip to Italy so we can spend time taking in the beauty of the compound, drinking the wine, eating their food, and talking to their friendly staff.

Phenomenal resort. Large, spacious rooms. Incredible panoramic views. Not a complaint about the stay. Solid breakfast options. Friendly staff. We would revisit without hesitation.

At the end of a long trip, we wanted to spend a night in a quiet and relaxing place so we decided to stay at the Dievole Wine Resort. It turns out that this was all that we wanted and much more and exceeded our expectations.
As we drove in we realized that this was a luxurious place, more like a private club than just a resort.
From the arrival we were welcomed by Adina from the front desk. She was very professional and helped us get the most out of our stay. She made us feel really welcomed.
At Adina’s suggestion, we visited the Wine-shop where we were hosted by Gianni. He introduced us to the Dievole wines and he also gave us a quick tour of the cellars. It was a very instructive, entertaining and very... tasty :-).
The dinner was an out of this world experience.
Antonio, the maître/sommelier, explained in details the food and wine pairings, making the experience absolutely fantastic (I call it experience, because this was no ordinary dinner). He was friendly and professional in the same time.
To make the experience even better, Monika, the chef, stopped by our table to say hello and see if everything was OK. Her food was way better than anything else we had throughout this trip.
As far as the place itself, the pictures don’t do it justice.
The rooms were very comfortable, clean, well-appointed and the WiFi worked great. About the location I would only say that it was beautiful. Every way you looked, as far as you could see, there were hills covered in forests and vineyards.
To those interested, I would add that the prices for the room, wine, and food, while not cheap, were a lot more affordable than one would think and a good value for what you get. Also, everyone we met spoke English perfectly, so that made our visit so much more comfortable.
I definitely recommend this place and I wish I could stay again on my next visit to Tuscany.

Wow, what an enchanting experience we had at Dievole Wine Resort for our wedding! I can't express enough how truly magical this place is. Our May 2023 wedding was an absolute dream come true, and we are overflowing with gratitude for choosing this incredible venue.

The entire property is like something out of a fairytale. Its charm and elegance are simply mesmerizing, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for our special day. The outdoor spaces were meticulously maintained, adorned with lush greenery and the most stunning flowers, adding a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings.

The rooms were nothing short of luxurious - the definition of a 5-star resort. Impeccably appointed and incredibly comfortable, our guests were treated to a truly indulgent experience.

Seeing Dievole Wine Resort in person surpassed all our expectations. As captivating as the photos are, they don't do justice to the sheer splendor of the place. It's a sight that will stay with us forever.

The creativity and quality of the food is like that of a Michelin star restaurant. We had many guests then go on to explore other parts of Italy and Europe, and most came back to us and said the dinner served on our wedding night was the best meal of their whole trip. Big thank you to the magnificent chef, who is a gift to this place (and to our taste buds!!).

Beautiful, peaceful and quiet countryside resort surrounded by Dievole vineyards. Rooms are quite nice and have a rustic feel. Breakfast buffet is very tasty! Caffe is high quality as is the wine. The lunch and dinner menus offered (same all three days we were there) was a bit limited but the dishes were good. Service is top notch and the staff is friendly. The wine tasting and tour was excellent. Very informative and interesting. The trails around the resort are numerous and they are offer breathtaking views for running or hiking. The pool is gorgeous and the poolside service is very nice to have. I highly recommend this resort, you won’t be disappointed!

The Dievole Wine Resort is as good as it gets - beautiful scenery, great hosts, and delicious food and wine. Antonio is the hardest working man in Tuscany and helped us choose what to eat and drink and offered suggestions for what to do in Siena. We rode e-bikes from the hotel to Siena and a great time!

We found this place in 2009 and finally made it back and WOW! They have really upgraded the rooms and service. It definitely has a luxury feel to the place. We stayed in a family suite and it was large. The boys slept on a sofa bed upstairs and we were downstairs. There were two bathrooms and magnificent views. If staying really recommend doing the tasting menu with wine to really understand the wines and how they change with food. Hopefully we won't take so long to visit again. Thank you

This is one beautiful wine resort with great amenities, views and service. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The surrounding hills are so majestic and the vineyards are just divine. A bit cold during the month of May.

Beautiful resort with good wine. The environment and facilities were amazing. Food was good. Wine was good. Would not recommend the wine tasting though. It was more a tour of their own distillery and you get to try their three wines. Which you will already drink during your entire stay

Incredible stay. The luxury type of room was met with the same type of service. The views were breathtaking. Breakfast is complimentary and was delicious. The rooms were clean and beautiful. A great place to retreat. We made reservations for the grand tour and we had a blast. We learned a lot and shipped some wine home after. Highly recommend!

Dievole was an absolute DREAM!!! My husband and I stayed here for our delayed honeymoon. The property was serene, the staff was courteous, and the restaurant services were very convenient and always good. We had a lovely wine tasting as well and purchased several bottles to ship home! If you're looking for a quintessential Tuscany stay, Dievole raises the bar. We can't wait to go back.

This wine resort is a mix of genuine Tuscan charm and modern larger scale resort. It is a very well balanced mix in my view. It is very good service and the rooms are... well outstanding.
Excellent food (in fact the pizza with truffles is probably the best I have had all my life) and breakfast is a feast.
Wonderful surroundings and with two pools its never crowded or too many guests on same spot at any time.
If you drive take it easy because the road to get the last 20 min is very bad.
They offer a very good wine tasting and the excellent wines are at a fair price.

What a wonderful place! The wine resort is immersed in a beautiful landscape, the pool and the rooms offer a splendid view over Chianti and everything is very curated. We absolutely loved the restaurant, the quality of the food is outstanding and we really want to compliment the service, everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. We can't wait to go back!

Dievole is really a unique hotel. Its combination of natural surrounds on a big estate together with an elegant villa and amazing decor makes it special. The staff, food and wine are excellent. I got married there 5 years ago and we return each year to celebrate. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel

Came here 4 years ago by accident and travelled hours from bologna to return. What an incredible establishment. Amazing food with even better service. If you're in the area, this is simply a must.

My family and I visited Dievole last week when we were visiting Italy. This is a wonderful winery and wines. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour and tastings of their Chianti Classico varieties. The deep rich Sangiovese grapes are wonderfully crafted into superior wines at Dievole. This is an excellent winery and the restaurant offers traditional Tuscan foods. The Vigna di Sessina Chianti Classico is awesome and we cannot wait to return.

Excellent resort with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and provided good recommendations. The restaurant food was amazing ! Would definitely visit again in the future 🙂

I got married in this place. It was like a dream. The food was amazing, and the wine was great. Everything was perfect!! I highly recommend it.
