Pasticceria Sferruzza

You can't find fresher unless you make it yourself! (And it won't be as good.) Run by two brothers that returned from the US to open a place and serve artisanal food, this is a required stop in Castelbuono.

When we visited, John took the time to explain all of the extra, traditional, time-consuming processes they follow to make their sweets. Most cannoli are fried somewhere else and distributed. Sferruzza makes their own, and their panettone has to be tasted to be believed.

Definitely visit this column of the community. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed this welcoming spot. After a long drive, we found this wonderful place to rest and refresh. The cakes and candies were some of the best. But, our hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating.

Wonderful bar and bakery by a Sicilian American family that returned home to Castelbuono! Located on a bustling corner in Piazzehta F Mina Palumbo. This cafe has attractive eating areas both in the Piazza and inside. Their bakery goods are uniformly rich, tasty, and reasonably priced. And OMG you HAVE to try the cannoli!!! Very friendly, and beloved by the community.

Great spot. We enjoyed local wine, Sicilian brandy, pizza, cappuccino, and the best pentanone with the owner Tony. we will be back daily...

I have now travelled for work for the last 2 months in Sicilia, Napoli, and Puglia. And i have worked all over the world. This establishment led by Johnny and Tony is a very special place in this world. Beyond all the creative pastries and food is a special feeling that I simply call home.

When you walk in and Giovanni invites you into his kitchen to show you with great pride how his incredible cannoli are made, you know you are in a special place! Awesome pasticcieria run by two brothers from New Jersey who returned to their roots to follow their passion. Don’t miss it when you are in Castelbuono.

Dolci buonissimi e freschissimi . Pasticceria locale e accogliente. Servizio veloce. Personale cordiale disponibile simpatico amichevole e piacevole. Consigliatissimo. Ottimi prodotti, abbiamo ordinato i loro Panettoni per i regali di Natale e tutti ne sono rimasti entusiasti. Ampia scelta , con ingredienti di alta qualità: ottimo il Panettone agli Agrumi di Sicilia, apprezzatissimo quello alla mela e cannella, senza dimenticare quello ai 3 cioccolati . Disponibilità per spiegazioni, gentilezza e grande professionalità da parte del personale sono state garantite.
